a return during the 10 day trial. One of our representatives contacted the [redacted] stating that he was outside of his 10 day trail period to return any equipment that he had purchased. We, however, agree to accept the return of the mask due to the manufacturer agreeing to the return. We set up a return authorization only for the mask. When the return arrived, Mr. [redacted] had shipped back all of his equipment, not just the mask. We returned his equipment back to him as he is the owner of the equipment, because we would not accept a return after his 10 day trial had expired on 12/4/15. Mr. [redacted] did not receive a second order as stated in his complaint. This was just the return of the original equipment he purchased. A credit for the mask was refunded to him on 12/23/16 in the amount of $69.00. This customer had tried to charge us back for the amount that we would not refund as he was not with in the 10 day return policy. We were able to show proof of this to the credit card company and we received our funds back for the products he purchased from our company. We are within in our rights to refuse a return that is outside our 10 day trial period, which is fully explained to the customer upon purchase.

Sleep Science practices fraudulent business practices by not honoring exchanges then lie about not returning package within the business timeframe.
