[redacted]I feel that they are trying to discredit me by stating I have not responded to their requests to reach out to me. Only one attempt was made by phone. I promptly received a letter from them after hat made it clear that they considered the matter closed. There was no request for me to contact them further unless I wished to. I did not wish to at that point. Furthermore, the facts were not accurate. They stated that I was not originally approved for the amount I intended, and that is false. I understand they may not have had the authority, but [redacted] did state I was approved for an amount the amount I had originally requested. Quite frankly, they have not been respectful of my time and I do not wish to contact them. I will follow up on taking my business elsewhere when my schedule allows me the time to do so.
