Review: The mattress purchased on October 13, 2013 has been returned since I was not comfortable in it, on November 1st, picked up by the freight company Plushbeds assigned (YRC).On November 12, 2013 the freight company delivered the mattress. I was told that it will take 4 to 7 business days for them to inspect the mattress in order to issue the credit due to me or$ 1,500.Today is November 30th and I still have not received the credit due to me in my credit card.My last email to them was kind of nasty as I said that it is my feeling that they are giving me the run around as I do not feel something like this would take such a long time for it to happen.Please anything you could do to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: For them to finally expedite the credit due to me on my credit card in the amount of $1,500.

I am rejecting this response because: All emails involved with this matter they never mentioned anything about the company getting prepared for Black Friday, etc. I still feel they delayed my credit for whatever reason. It took them 2 weeks exactly from the time they received the mattress on 11/12/13 at 9:57 am until they finally issued the credit on 11/26 and I was told via email it will take 5 to 7 business days for the whole process to take place.

Review: I ordered a mattress from Plush Beds and the website stated that there was free shipping. It turns out the shipping is only free if you keep the product. When I went to return the item they said not only am I responsible for shipping costs to return the product, I am responsible for the "free shipping" costs as well. I explained to the customer service representative that I felt it was misleading to advertize free shipping and not state that it is only free shipping if you are satisfied with the product, she said she was going to ask a manager if there was anything that could be done, about 5-10 minutes later the same representative called me back to inform me that there was nothing that could be done about the shipping situation. The product cost $350 and shipping one way is estimated at $80 for basic ground shipping, so for both ways $160. The customer service representative did not say weather or not the original product was sent as an expedited type of shipping which usually cost significantly more so I am not sure exactly what they will be charging if I return the product. It is my impression that this is a practice used to dissuade people from returning their product as it severely diminishes your return. I do not think I should have to pay for the original shipping that was advertized as being free.Desired Settlement: I do not want the original cost of shipping to be deducted from the refund when I return the mattress.
