***, This is in regards to the claim that Sleep Tight...don't let the bugs bite, LLC did not honor their day guarantee. The *** state from our website "100% guaranteed results"We have several "bullet points" on our website, and it states "please ask for
more details".*** *** signed a day contract in which we have a copy of that signed contract.According to our records we re-treated different times within the daysShe did not sign a life time guarantee.We recently received a picture from *** *** of a bed bug on some sort of "white wall" that she says a home inspector found We have no way of knowing if this was a live or dead bed bug as they look the same, but whether it was alive or dead this picture was produced after the day guarantee. During the day guarantee there were a couple pictures of bed bugs produced on some sort of white wall, but the other times we treated just on her telling us a worker who was remodeling her home had found bed bug.Several treatments were based solely off of that remodeler telling *** *** what they found. *** *** called our company OVER months past the day guarantee stating the inspector found a bed bugWe told her that she was over months past the warranty, and she preceded to tell us we were under obligation to come back for no charge, because we never got rid of them...even though it had been over days past the original day warrantySo to clarify we didn't hear from *** *** for over months after the day warranty was over, and then one day she calls saying we didn't get rid of the bed bugs.A bed bug could of easily been brought back in by anyone because they are hitch hikers. Sleep tight don't let the bugs bite did not make any profit out of the $we charged the ***We spent more than the $in re-treatments during the days, and more than $in gas and labor. All times we re-treated our workers did not find a bed bug or a sign of a bed bug.I would also add that in over years and more than homes and businesses later including police stations and schools we have not once had a complaint filed on us. We are very sorry the client feels this way, but we fulfilled the contract that we will re-treat as many times as needed during the contract period.Sincerely,Brent ***Owner
