Consumer received queen splits at no charge. As far as the bunk beds assembly is concerned, the consumer agreed to set up the beds themselves in and were given free delivery on the second delivery of the beds since they were special order and could not be delivered at the time of the other items. Instructions for the bed set up were emailed to the consumer.
