Am I allowed to charge them for breaking the bed It is weighted at lb and we have had them for years and this is the first time they have been brokeWe have a new bed that will be weighted to lbs With this couple I should have just told them they can't stay he obviously looked over lbsby himself and his wife probable Am I suppose to put a weight restriction on my web site too?? What are your suggestions for a web site that doesn't have a bunch of negative messages that make the place look more like a prison instead of a nice place to stay Really I'm open for suggestions I did think of one thing Call in for pet restrictions, cancelation policy, refusing service to any person regardless of reservation states at our discretion and damaging RV Park property and any and all other rules of living and being a good neighborIs it a violation of ones civil rights to refuse service because they are too fat for our furniture? Also our on line reservations states only dogs allowed and day cancelation notice on cabins Sleeping Bear RV Park in beautiful Lander, WY Propane available days a week Thanks for your business: [redacted]

I find it useless to say anymore about this issue. I stand by my first statement

I am rejecting this response because:
If we would have broken that bed like she claims we would most definitely told her about it, and then we would have been on the floor sleeping, the day that we left my wife was on the floor to make sure there was nothing under the bed, and she said that when she looked it looked good. And for the dogs barking they were barking because there was other dogs barking, like that couple that tied their dog up to the fence by the pet area that dog was barking cause it was left out in the heat with no food and no water, and the people left there dog poo laying there and they had three dogs alsoSo just don't complain about one couple with their dogs
It seems to me all she wants to do is discriminate against us for being heavy and to me the statement about the Indians was uncalled for
All I have to say is that they better update there stuff, you just cannot go making up this stuff when it comes along, and you need to post things on the internet and brochures and on the walls,
(emergencies do happen where people do have to leave and they expect their money back) don't temp people by coming in with advertising and don't discriminateTo me also when you say cabin we thought it would be lot bigger but the rooms are the size of a dorm room maybe even smallerIf you would have had something posted then I would not be fighting for the refund, since you didn't I should be getting back what is due to me

Beside the attached it was 1 night not two. They arrived early on the 4th and called at 9 AM and ask if they could come in early. Normal check in is after 11 AM  Since the room hadn't been rented I let them come in, he said his wife needed sleep.  I believe they drove all night ...

He told me at 9:30 AM and he did not tell me he went to a Dr. He said he didn't know what was going on with his eyes but his eyes were irritated.   We had a lot of damage to the cabin. I should have refused service as soon as I saw this people.  It was a disaster.

Am I allowed to charge them for breaking  the bed.  It is weighted at 300 lb and we have had them for 4 years and this is the first time they have been broke. We have a new bed that will be weighted to 500 lbs.  With this couple I should have just told them they can't stay he obviously looked over 300 lbs. by himself and his wife probable 200.  Am I suppose to put a weight restriction on my web site too??  What are your suggestions for a web site that doesn't have a bunch of negative messages that make the place look more like a prison instead of a nice place to stay.  Really I'm open for suggestions .  I did think of one thing.  Call in for pet restrictions, cancelation policy, refusing service to any person regardless of reservation states at our discretion  and damaging RV Park property and any and all other normal rules of living and being a good neighbor. Is it a violation of ones civil rights to refuse service because they are too fat for our furniture?  Also our on line reservations states only 2 dogs allowed and 2 day cancelation notice on cabins.

I am rejecting this response because:
I read the letter there was no damages they should not have kids beds for adults and there is nothing  saying anything about charging for pets, and I asked her twice that we were bringing along four dogs, and asked right away if that would be a problem. And her response was they are pet friendly.  When I called her and asked about getting into the room on Sunday, I asked her what time check in was, never saying anything about my wife needing sleep or getting in early.  If it would have been 11:00 a.m. we would have waited until then, and there is nothing on the web site either, or the brochure about check in. Yes there was dog hair but there was none on the porch cause my wife and to shovel the snow, and that should have been done by them or their maintance person. We were grilling out and there was mattresses laying out on picnic tables cause she had to air them out because they smelled so bad, and she was going to use them for their next guest that was coming in, and she also stated how she had to buy new beds and there was nothing in town,( the reason they had no bedding in town was because the Indians got there money so everything was gone and she had to order the items, that is what she told us) (we have witnesses that heard her say it), so maybe the bed that we had already had problems and now we are getting the blame for it. I just wish now that I would have taken pics for my proof. Cause when we left there was nothing wrong, yes the bedding could have been wet when the dogs jumped up there cause they were out in the snow. Don't the sheets and blankets have to be washed anyway, now I am wondering if we slept on dirty sheets? We did not leave no garbage behind, the only thing was the floors where dirty due to the fact that no one came to us and asked  if they should clean up the rooms maybe they should leave a broom and dust pan in the rooms so people can clean if they don't want to come and clean., My wife even went out and brought toilet paper.
