your package this morning with the supplied tracking info you forwarded, provided us with the details Unfortunately, prior to you acknowledging on your reviews that the package was not delivered to us, we were unaware of the situation.We would like the opportunity to get you taken care of, as we originally stated we would We were looking forward to receiving the returned cover to confirm your statement that the product was not of correct sizing (standard King) As previously stated, if the product was indeed sized incorrectly, the purchase price and return expenses would be refunded, but we did not get the chance to do so.In regards to unanswered phone calls, we checked our voicemail system and did not find a single voice from you regarding your return We also checked our customer emails and again found no emails pertaining to your return We have no correspondence from you, since receiving the return tracking information.Again, we would like the chance to get your return resolved to your satisfaction and request you give us the opportunity to do so We need to get the product back to confirm the sizing issues, so we can finalize your return We can provide you with a return label, which would be emailed to you All you would need to do, is affix the label to the package and drop it off at any Fed Ex location This will ensure we will have no return address issues.Can you please confirm the address to which the return was shipped to originally?
