Post-Covid-19 extended delayed delivery originally ordered in February. Not customer oriented. Management and staff are not professional no matter what is claimed. I have a strong network and this company will not be recommended. I also read the previous reviews and felt their pain. The tone that is used in their response is the exact abrasive tone that is used over the phone even if you are politely checking the status of your order. I was told when I called to check the status of my order after the 1st month "I don't have any status and that's why I haven't called you". A company should strive to identify ways to service their customers and provide an positive experience and not take pride on not knowing when their customers package will be delivered. Instead use verbiage like "let me research and get back with you"....

If you are in the customer business then the customer's should be treated respectfully even after the purchase. A customer should not be treated as if they are bothering you when they are simply calling to check up on their order. I believe everyone is working hard and when a purchase is made at a furniture company its because that customer has worked really hard for the merchandise being purchased.

I was handled as if the company doesn't need any business at all. My time was not valued and the company needs better representation. Unless, it was discriminatory because financing was used. All though the prices are cheap it's not worth the headache of not knowing what are the clear expectations for the "full" delivery.

To whom it may concern, I would like to start by stating a few facts one being the purchase was not made in February it was made March 4th. The time of purchase she ordered a sofa, loveseat, 7pc dining set, a kg mattress set and a 2pc table set. We also explained that the sofa was out/not in stock at the moment and although it was ordered at the same time ,we wouldn't receive it when everything else came. Generally to order some thing takes 7-14 business days. At the time of sale she was ok with waiting on the sofa. We don't want to not deliver a customers goods we do not purposely not want to get her a sofa. This is March 4th it was a wed, we called her and received the order and delivered on or around March 18th with everything but the sofa. She also knew this. However, by this time March 13th that weekend was when all this covid-19 really started to come into play and affect business operations. We have delayed trucks, factories closed, and have been affected just like everyone else which we apologize deeply. WE also offered her some compensation to the delay that was out of our control .However that was "insulting" not our words hers. We also had the owner of the company call her which he also had been in communication with her as to the delay on the sofa. He again apologized for this delay and assured her we would get her the last piece as soon as we know more. We have never been through this before we have never been made to not open and have had these factories close. We just asked that she be patient and understanding. This was very disheartening that I was given a bad review based on something not in our control ,but still wanted to compensate her. We still stand by our word that we will communicate with her once they are back up and running. We did not want to hold the order up as she really wanted the bed. Everything on the order she received in a timely manner with exception of the sofa. We of course value all customers business regardless of how the customer pays. We hope that we can get it as soon as they reopen and that we are forgiven for not getting it sooner.

Financed a mattress through this so called company. 4 months later the mattress sunk in the middle and was so unusable. Called and got a mattress replacement which took additional 2 months. After receiving new mattress 3 months later same issue. Its obviously a defect in the mattress. I emailed, called and repeatedly tried to communicate with this company no response back, wont fix the mattress or replace it. Terminated my lease and they are still refusing to pick up. I have email proof of how bad their customer service is. The owner telling me hes done more than enough for me and I should consider myself lucky. Really??? Absolute worst company ever.

We sent the issues off to them the first time, it took sometime but that is on the manufacture end not on ours we try and work as quick as possible and follow their protocol. Which is pictures of the issue along with pictures of serial numbers if asked. The warranty is through the manufacture not us. We have to abide by their protocol. The second time the most recent one we can send the info that is provided but the warranty is through them and is ultimately their call as to whether it's warranty issur. Also when we do a warranty exchange it has to be with that model if it is still in the line or shipping if not they warranty one that is it's replacement or similar to it. However this particular customer wanted a different one and I understand it's just not how it the warranty works.

A represenative came and looked at the set there were threads that were pulling out of set the man said they couldnt replace the cushions on the couch and love seat so they replased bot h couch and love seat.After 6 months of constant phone calls. Than a month later the set is worse than ever the seats are sinking sides are seperating ,when we recline it locks in position and wont go down it has been 4 months and no answer for a 2,011.39 set it is very low quality. I had a wonderful experience at the Sleepyheads on New Haven Avenue in Melbourne, FL. The staff is very professional and courteous. They were patient with my questions, and knowledgeable about their products. The quality of the furniture is top notch, and their prices are unbeatable. The delivery time is only a few days to a week. I highly recommend this store!
