Our car was towed to Sleepy Hollow Thursday, September after breaking downThey told us they could not even look at it until the following Monday, which at the time was OK because we had to be out of townCome Monday we went in to ask for a loaner vehicle, as the car that was towed was our daily driver to and from workThe only think they had was a very dirty, and older Buick, with horrible gas mileageAt the time, we were fine with that as we figured it would only be a few days to a week before we would hopefully have our car backOver a week went by and we couldn't even get an answer as to what was wrong let alone if they were fixing it yetThen the following week they finally told us what was wrong but then proceed to tell us the technician would be out of work all week for some kind of work shopAt that time we asked if there was anyway they could get us a better car because we needed to get to and from our jobsWe were told they would look and then never heard back from themweeks went by and they finally figured out what they needed to fix the car, but kept telling us they couldn't get the part anywhereA week of trying to find the part and they finally supposedly got it and told us our car would be ready Monday October 24, almost a month after it getting brought thereWe were there today and were then told the technician didn't show up to work so it would PROBABLY be ready tomorrowWe informed them that the crappy loaner car they gave us was making all kinds of sounds that did not sound good and asked for another loaner, and were told there was nothing else so we were stuck with it.....So not only do we not have our car after a month but they refuse to help usHad they bothered to let us know this was such a difficult task for them we could have gotten a loaner car through our warranty companyBut instead they just kept blowing us offTo add injury to insult we got a call from a Sleepy Hollow employee and were harassed because we had returned a negative survey they had requested of usThe guy was rude and telling us they didn't have to do anything to help us, and we were lucky they even bothered to give us a loaner carWe have never been treated so badly before by a dealership, yet along been called and harassed for being annoyed by their service!!
