We shopped around Memphis to find the most cost efficient and comfortable mattressWe settled on one at another store in Memphis but then a friend suggested Sleepy Zzz'sWe stopped by there not expecting the other store's price to be beaten--but we were SO wrongZach stepped up and immediately helped us as soon as we walked in the doorHe asked us what we were looking for and discussed different optionsThe Serta mattress we chose was MUCH more comfortable than the one I had originally picked out AND dollars cheaperYou can't beat Sleepy Zzz's, I am grateful my friend suggested them

I visited the store a few times before buying and the customer service is very consistent The staff is friendly and they really try to understand what your needs are and guide you to the right product and there's no pressure to buy now
On my third visit, I decided to purchase a mattress set there, because I was encouraged to select a product that I'll be happy with and an offer was made that fit within my budget on the product that I really wanted I have already been sharing my experience with others because I truly appreciate that they care to work to be sure you leave satisfied with your purchase
