I purchased a car in June, The car had prior hail damage from a previous stormThe owner of hunt motors gave me documents called a "we owe you" for the repairs to the hail damageI brought the car in the very next day to the car lot for Hunt Motors Insurance adjuster to make an estimate of what they would pay for the repairsThe owner collected on the claimMy complaint is that I had contacted motors four times over the course of seven months to get the repairs made in the matter resolved and received promises to give him one week and he would do so each time but never heard a word from himI went in to the car lot again in January the last time and demanded a resolve because I lost trust that he would take care of the matter***, the owner, got argumentative with me and told me that he did not give me a timeframe as to when he would fix it and that nobody makes demands from himI did get a check of $before I left after much debate back and forth*** admitted to me before I left that he got in excess of $on the claimThis owner of this car lot is not to be trusted and definitely does lack customer skillsI have NEVER been treated like this in any customer relations and definately wasn't expecting it as I paid full price for the vehicle and even bought their extended warranty from themBuyer Beware!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hunt Motor's on November 20th, and I went to get my plates and registration for the vehicle on December 20th, The last day to register my plates before they're no goodWhen I get to the desk at BMV and talk to the woman, my information; title, etcwasn't sent to themSo I called Hunt Motor's and talked to the owner *** when they opened at a.mHe had replied to me that ***, the guy who had me signing papers for the car had not sent my information overand that he would do it right away so I can get my plates and registrationas well as they wouldn't extend my temporary plates they had given me since this situation was under their jurisdiction and I couldn't do anything without them doing their jobNow, if I recall that should've been sent days after I purchased the vehicleToday, as of December 23rdI went to the BMV again, thinking my information had been sent over, and yet again it had not been sentHad to call Hunt Motor's again and tell them the situation going on and that this was a little bit ridiculous for this to be happening after I had talked to the owner Saturday the 20th, who he himself said he'd send it overI was finally able to get my plates and registration after dealing with this since SaturdayIt is now Tuesday afternoon, Dec23rdSo, all in all I was driving around illegally because of their actionsI've had a vehicle through this company for almost years and it's been continuous issues with Hunt Motor'sI wish something can be done and an investigation startedI've heard numerous negative comments about this SAME company from friendsI would NOT recommend anybody purchasing a vehicle from this business!
