You can see that the package is set to arrive tomorrow (Saturday) and the customer knows this as wellIf she wants any free items I will be happy to send some given I have some extra time to create them since my items are all handmadeI always insure each customer receives their order if usps has made any mistake, the mistake falls on me and I send a replacement.

I have had a handful of issues with international shipping this year. I moved and left a box filled with invoices at my old home that I recently found. [redacted] order was shipped in Feb of this year and never arrived. Sometimes international orders go missing. I have told [redacted] the best I can do...

since I have already shipped this order once is send a replacement. I don't currently have the funds to refund something that was shipped 6 months ago. The best I can do is send a money order payments over a few months or send the replacements plus 200 dollars in free items as well. I'm trying to work this out. It's in my policy's to not refund unless it's been a week. This was shipped and has been months. I would like to come to a solution but it's hard for me to find a way to give a refund since I have shipped this already, and since It has been so long. I hope we can find a solution. I am not doing anything fraudulent, If I were, I would not try to find a solution to this issue. I want to fix the issue by next week.

I expect the business owner to respond to future email inquiries in a timely manner (i.e. within 24 hours).

Review: I purchased an item from [redacted]'s shop "Sleepyking" through her Etsy shop back in May 2013. Since she hand makes the items, she said it would be about 5 weeks for the item to ship. On August 6, 2013 I contacted her asking where the item was (it had been three months at this point) and she didn't respond for 4 days and when she did, she said that she had shipped the item already however in the profile for the purchase, it clearly stated "not yet shipped" (which I have the screen cap from). I contacted her asking for the tracking number because I didn't have the item to which she didn't respond for another week (August 20, 2013) and she said that she was sorry and MANY customers of hers were experiencing issues because she had fallen behind for personal reasons. She said the item was shipped at the 9 week mark and was "lost in the mail" and possibly stolen from her front door. She said at that point that she would ship another of the item that week. On August 27, 2013, I still did not receive the item and I contacted her again to which she responded that she DID send the package, but this time it went to the wrong address and she would again send a new one to me and claimed this was not a scam. She said she would send me pictures of the new item that she was sending me that evening, but never did. On August 29, 2013 I contacted her and asked for the tracking number and she did not respond and she did not ever send the pictures. I found an alternate email address for her and emailed her there and she responded to that one yesterday and said she had again sent the item but it was miraculously lost and never made it to me. I have asked to be refunded the money I spent to resolve this and she has not responded. I am at the edge of contacting her local police to have them go ahead with a criminal inquiry but would rather just get my refund. I have screen captures of all of our conversations as well as the original emails from her.

Review: I placed an order from sleepy king's esty store on July 13, 2013. I have repeatedly and regularly been in touch with the seller by email. When a response was received, it always promised prompt shipment. I have yet to receive my order and would like settlement as described below.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the items from my order - I will forgo the 20% discount that was offered when I made my purchase. handmade plush orange fox, Owen; bleuberry the woodland spring bunny plush mustard fox, Stewart Sunshine along with free Sleepy Liam foxOR An official bank check in the amount of $96.50.

Review: Here is a summary of the events and my contact with this seller about my order:3/12/14- Contact seller through BigCartel store (BC) re: a custom order. Seller says she will send a purchase link.3/17/14- Contact seller re: link. Seller says she will send it the same day but doesn't.3/24/14- Seller sends link to purchase and it will take a "couple of weeks" to fill order. Says I will receive a tracking # when shipped. I pay for order via Paypal.5/2/14- Send email directly to seller re: status of order. No response.5/7/14- Send email re: status of order. No response.5/8/14- Contact seller via BC re: status of order. Seller responds. Says she's been ill and had a family emergency but will look up my order. Assures me customers always receive their order. No other response received.6/10/14- Send email re: status of order. Seller responds claiming it had already shipped and she was delayed a week and a half due to a family member death. Says she sent out a mass email about it. Seller promises to ship by Saturday and I could pick a few free items from her store due to the delay. I forward a copy of my purchase receipt and told her what item I would be interested in for free.6/16/14- Sent email re: status of shipment. No response.6/17/14- Contact seller via BC and email re: status of shipment. No response.6/19/14- Contact seller via BC, Instagram, Facebook and Paypal email. Seller responded to store message claiming she just found the original order had been returned to her PO Box. She planned on shipping the remake the following Monday. She said she had not shipped it due to working overtime. 6/24/14- Send email re: the tracking number. No response.6/26/14- Send email re: tracking number again. No response.6/28/14- Send email re: tracking number again. No response.7/1/14- Contact seller via BC re: status of shipping. My husband also contacted her through BC and said we would file a police report if she did not ship my item or refund my money. No response has been received to either.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered (Liam the sleepy fox) and the free item I previously requested (blue owl) and another free item of seller's choice sent via expedited FedEx, UPS or Express mail with a tracking number sent to me.

Review: Waiting 7 months for an order with several excuses that she had repeatedly sent the items but they all seem to be getting lost in the mail. She has offered a refund but is not giving it. She keeps using excuses about her personal life making it hard to run a business. Despite me saying that I no longer want the order, she has said she will post it again.Although apologetic and says she is frustrated about the situation, I believe my purchase and her sending it over and over is untrue and actually fraudulent. I have had other customers of hers contact me who are in the same situation. All this for a couple of stuffed toys I bought for my daughters in January 2014. Very upsetting.Desired Settlement: Full refund, including postage.
