I *** *** of ***'s Guide Service (***) took *** *** and (3) boys fishing on July 16th I took them into Southbay were I often goThey cuaght Drum and redfish, at one point the boy's got their line tangled up cause they each had a fish on at the same time But I did
not get disgusted at the matterI hadled it and got them untangled as I have done many times before *** and I had agreed on $for the tripI did give her a $break on the trip even though it was a last minute tripMy regular price for people for a full day is $ But Because she seemed like a nice lady I gave her a break II did not ask for the $tip she just handed it to me with the rest of the money My wife was just getting off work that day and met me at the ramp that day with my daughter After I got the boat out of the water I pulled over to the fish cleaning station as I always do and took all of the fish out of my fish box and put them into my orange basket and put the basket on the groundI proceeded to hang all of the fish onto the board where you can take pictures atI took several pictures on my phone and she and I both took some pictures on her camera After we were done taking pictures I put the fish back into the orange basket and one by one filled the fish as I fileted the fish I put them into a white bucket that had ice water During that time my wife and *** were talking back and forthAs I got done cleaning all the fish I dumped the white bucket on the table and rinsed them all off with fresh water as I often do I then divided all the fillets into piles as she had asked me to doAs I was dividing the fish and bagging them into Gallon Ziplock bags which she was putting names on and handing to my wife I was putting them into bags while my wife held the bags openI repeat she was right there watching me and my wife put the fillets into the bags because she was putting names on bagsI handed her all bags as I finished each oneI have been doing this for yrs now and have never been accused of this beforeThe next day she started sending me odd and mean emails I have spoke to several other guides about my experience with her and how difficult of a customer she is Why would I take these fillets for my family and I when I can put my boat back into the water and go back out and catch my own for my family and I I fishe about days a year and have never had a complaint about me In the past yrs that I have been doing this I try my hardest to take care of my customers the best I canBut there is always one out there that no matter what you do their not please They just complain about everything These allegations are and *** is Not getting $dollars back or an apology from me because I did nothing wrongI do not have any idea what she did with the fillets after she left Cove HarborI have no control over thatI have spoke to several other guides and she has been put on a list of difficult customers that us Guides useDuring and after the trips she seemed happy and pleased about everything, and never once said that she was unsatisfied about anything until I started recieving emails Also *** paid me my fee's and tip as I was cleaning fish, if she was not satisfied why did she tip me and she watched me bag the fish.
Desired settlement:
I want an apology letter from her for accusing me of stealing from her I also want an apology for giving ***'s Guide Service a Bad name!

My son and I had a great time , we caught really nice fish before noonHe was very knowledgeable on finding fish and very polite I'd recommend him anytime
