I placed an order and received confirmation of shipping within 2 days. I received the item less than a week. However, I have been trying to contact the company now for a few days regarding the belt I received. I have left messages as well as emailed. NO RESPONSE! I hope Slidebelts realizes that this kind of customer service will put you out of business quick. The worst customer service ever!

After persistent trying to contact someone, I finally did. The person I spoke with went above and beyond to rectify the issue I had. I am thoroughly pleased. Hopefully, the belt will bring even more satisfaction once it is worn. I will try to provide an update in a month or two.

Absolutely terrible delivery turn-around. Customers can expect a wait time of up to 1 month or longer for their item to be shipped. SlideBelts offers no discount for the extended wait, are hard to get a hold of and does not inform customers of delivery length until after the order has been made.

Review: I ordered 2 belts on 2/5/2016 (order# [redacted]). Received the belts on 4/9/2016. Both belts started to fail and sent email to Slidebelts support on 4/19/2016 requesting a remedy. Received what appeared to be an automated acknowledgement # [redacted] on 4/19/2016. On 4/21/2016 I replied that 1 belt is now totally unusable and would like to return both belts for a full refund. Slidebelts support has of this date not responded to return request.Desired Settlement: Would like a vendor paid shipping label to return both belts and a full refund of $105.

SlideBelts launched a Kickstarter campaign and misled the consumers that they had a workable model. For a year they told us they were all on track and would be delivering just find. Then when they were due to ship they admitted to a delay. 3 months later they decided that they could not produce the product that they had sold us. Now they are not acknowledging refund requests.

Kickstarter project was a joke. Full of false promises and delays. Extremely unprofessional and tedious.

Despite promised delivery of 5-7 working days, my 01/20/2016 order remains unfulfilled. Repeated calls to Customer Service line results in message that no one is available to take call. Repeated e-mails to customer service e-mail address has not produced a single response. Web site query o order status shows it as of 02.02.2016, as still unfulfilled. Either this company is a sham or success has overwhelmed the millennials.

SlideBelts Inc. ran a Kickstarter campaign in which they misrepresented the project they were trying to fund, deceived backers in regards to the project status, completely changed the products after the promised delivery date, and refused to communicate with backers or respond to multiple communication attempts. They have ignored all of my requests for a refund - stay far away from this company.

Review: I purchased two of Slidebelts full grain leather belts along with two buckles on 11/28/2015.

One of the buckles has broken. It is their winged black buckle (black with the small logo on it).

I contacted them in an attempt to get it fixed or a replacement?

My original email to them was on: March 7, 2016. I received the below automated response:

I emailed follow up emails on: March 21, April 4, April 12, and April 18.

On the email on April 18, I told them if I did not receive a response, I was going to contact the Revdex.com in the hopes of a better response.

I understand Slidebelts being busy and it taking several business days for a response. However, it has now been over 7 weeks and four emails. I consider that horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my belt buckle replaced.
