Hi Richard, Sorry again about the gift card. For some reason, we received an error from [redacted] (our gift card partner) while processing your transaction. We cancelled the transaction and refunded the amount ($2) back to your Slidejoy account. Please try redeeming your points again (preferably with a different email). I've actually uninstalled the application and no longer have it installed on my phone.  Again, in my opinion I shouldn't have had to wait 12 weeks for a response on this and I'm pretty sure had I not filed the Revdex.com complaint that Slidejoy wouldn't have responded at all.  They didn't resolve the issue in the 8 weeks prior to filing my complaint.  I understand busy but if you're a customer facing company you should have enough reps to cover your customer complaints and respond in a timely manner.  12 weeks is not a timely manner.  I've also uninstalled the application at this point.Keep in mind that after they finally responded due to this Revdex.com complaint, I reinstalled the software and tried to redeem my available credits.  Then after submitting my order, there was another delay for whatever reason.  At this point, I uninstalled the application and figured there would be no resolution.  I've already given up on this company and will tell everyone I know not to use them or there application.Thank you

inquiry. That said, we looked into your reward amount, and found out that you received your offer wall reward during our carat value transition period (100 carats = $1 to 1000 carats = $1). As a result, the reward you received (283 carats) was much lower than the actual reward you SHOULD HAVE received (2830 carats).To rectify this issue, we added 2547 carats (2830 - 283) to your Slidejoy balance. These carats can be used immediately.Again, we are very sorry for this error, and we will make sure this does not happen again. Thank you for your understanding.Team Slidejoy

The point of this complaint isn't the $2 and change that wasn't credited but the utter lack of customer support this company provides.  I contacted Slidejoy via email multiple times over a two month period.  I also tried to contact them via their [redacted] page along with [redacted] multiple times as well over that same timeframe.  I received a response from them via [redacted] once that told me they were only 6 guys and they were behind on things.  Understanding that, I gave them more time to respond to the issue and they still didn't respond.  It has now been approx 3 months and the only reason they responded now was because I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com.I have since then uninstalled the slidejoy app from my phone because it wasn't worth it because I knew if I had any issues, I wouldn't get a response.  I went ahead and reinstalled the app today to check on the credits and redeemed a $2 gift card for [redacted] but have yet to receive the email with the code even though it says it was sent in the app.  At this point I wanted other consumers to know about the lack of customer support they'll receive if they deal with this company.

Hey [redacted],Per our conversation, we are not able to send you the remaining carats into a card because we are unable to provide options for users to redeem their carats elsewhere other than on our application. According to our terms of use; you are only able to accrue, receive, store and redeem carats when signed into your end user account.We cannot enter your account to make redemptions as it would be a violation of our privacy policy, and even if we did, there is no way for us to know for sure that the person we send the code to is actually you, as it was not requested by you on your Slidejoy app and account.We hope you understand that this is for your own security and also rules that we at Slidejoy need to adhere to to continue our business.Please accept our apology for not being able to do as you requested, but we suggest you to borrow an Android device temporarily and install Slidejoy there, login and request a redemption. This way we will know for sure that you are the actual person that requested a redemption and not anybody else. We need the owner of the account to request a redemption, not a random person, and we will be able to send you the code straight away to your email even if you don’t have access to an Android device.Thank you.RobSlidejoy <> CEO

 I feel there is more that can be done about this situation and you gave me no option to prove who I was or my account. You simply said you can't cause of privacy reasons. In a previous email you said it was because of needing to verify who I was. But you didn't even ask that. I explained I know nobody with an android device. Everyone I know owns iPhone. I am not able to fix this on my end and I feel your excuses are not simply that and you do not wish to fix this issue. It took you several months just to send the card I requested when I did have an android device. That tells me it would take another 6+mons for it to happen again if I was able to do it that way. But I'm not able to. Is any of this listed in your agreements when you sign up?
