Review: Too stressful to deal with,I'm a Lupus patient...Communication with this company is horrible, scheduling was an issue, technician a no show, no call with the no show, to re-schedule was horrific, no one was on same page in their company. Third party booking company was a joke, I believe they do their own booking they just gave me the run around. Just awful service all around. They rather gather your credit before hand. But have no clue where their technicians are. No answers for you when you call, no call backs.Desired Settlement: No future contacts with this business, please do not charge my card any charges. Will not do business.

No they did not come out to my home. No one showed up or called, they were scheduled but it was a no show. There is a pending charge on my checking/credit card on my account showing up with Slidell Appliance Repair name on it.

Review: We paid for this company to fix our refrigerator on November 4, 2013. The part was defective (went out Feb. 23rd) and is under warranty. They scheduled SEVERAL TIMES to come fix/replace the part. Twice were no shows without any communication after we had arranged our schedule twice to be home and waited for them to come. It is now March 20th, 2014 and I am STILL waiting. I called and left no less than 6 messages without any response. I finally talked with a "home office" person and have been put on their schedule for March 24th....However, I am not absolutely sure they will even show up. They have my money, but I have no working refrigerator to show for it. I just want them to fix it or give me my money back!Desired Settlement: They need to be more customer service aware. If you can't or are not going to show up, at least call and inform someone. I called this company THINKING they were a LOCAL Slidell repair company. They evidently are run from some other part of the country.
