I am the homeowner and my father was doing me the favor of being at my house while I had a doctor appointmentI called to check in on my children on the way home and heard *** yelling at my father (phone records can be checked and verified)I then came home and met the police and my father in the driveway while *** was yelling and swearing at my fatherMaybe that is why he didn't hear me introduce myself to the police as the homeownerWhen he did realize I was there and saw me looking at him, he said, "what the *** are you looking at?"I was there and do have first hand knowledge of what occurredI would be happy to provide the Revdex.com and any attorney with the police officers names and the case numberI am simply stating the facts
My husband also called the company later that afternoon to try to resolve the matter and never received a call backIf *** could not have repaired the screen door, he should have let us know that at the time of the 'survey date' (5/15/14)
What I would like deducted is not the charge from last year's repair, but the damage that *** caused by reentering my house and punching the screen that caused ** hole that was not there prior to his visit

The man we dealt with, apparently the complaining individual's father, indicated he had no intention of paying us and was leaving it up to his son-in-lawaccording to the police officer
We have turned this non-payment of services over for collection and the libel/defamation of character issues are being handled by our attorneys
We have agreed to their request for a credit of $for our attempted screen repair a year ago
We left the screen in better condition than it was when we arrived then and now
We don't know what else we can do for these nut cases

Had we known that he was in the business of fixing doors by punching holes through them, we would have used a different companyMaybe he should include that in his advertisement along with traumatizing little children while yelling and swearing at customers
We do not want a refund for the work done last year
When he arrived at our house there was not a hole in our screen doorAfter he punched a hole through it, there wasWe want a credit for the amount that it is going to take to replace the screen on the door
