Found 2 charges for $82+ on my credit card. Have tried all day to get a hold of the company and no one will answer. Haven't opened the bottles and want to return.

I feel that this company is using misleading tactics to charge people for products, and then will not resolve issues which arise.
I ordered a sample from this company on April 7 2018, which I received as expected. I was then billed for the "sample" on June 14 2018, in the amount of $89.92 and $89.73, when I called to inquire as to why I was being charged the fees, I was told that it was an error and that they would gladly refund the fees, and cancel the account and future shipments, and when I inquired if I should send back the shipment when it arrived the customer service representative stated that it did not need to be sent back, and that I could keep it for my problems(I did not write down her ID number or name as I thought they were reputable and wouldn't need that information). I never received the refund on my credit card and I did not realize that until I was again billed for the products in July ($89.92 and $89.73, at which time I called them again as soon as they were open to once again find out why I was being charged for the product after I had already cancelled my account. I spoke with agent 161, I could not make out her name, but I did get her number this time. It took multiple attempts to even make it through on the phone, but when I finally did it was agent 161 that I spoke to, I explained much as I did here that I had already cancelled the account and was still charged, and also never received the refund I was told I would receive back on June 14th. After looking up my account 161 informed me that the account was not actually ever cancelled and that is why I was being charged again. I told her the date I had called and cancelled and the conversation that was had at that time, agent *** stated that she had no record of the account being cancelled and asked if I still had my cancellation email, which I could not find, as I have cleaned my email out and deleted the emails, which if I received one it would have been deleted by now. She first stated since there was no record of it on their end and since I didn't have my email, that there was nothing they could do about the charges, after becoming upset and demanding to speak to her supervisor or manager (which she refused to do) she stated that she could offer me a 60% discount/refund off of the most recent order, I explained that I was not interested in that, and that I wanted a full refund, and that I was demanding to speak to her supervisor (to which she again refused) she stated that she could offer me a 75% discount of the purchase price, I once again stated that I was not interested in anything but a full refund. The agent finally agreed to give me a refund on the most recent (July 14, 2018) charges, and stated that she would close my account. I again inquired about the charges that were already supposed to have been refunded from June 14, 2018, and she said that since it had been over 30 days they could not do anything about those charges, and when I stated that I had contacted them well with in the 30 days, and that they had just not followed through. She said there was nothing they would do about those charges, because it was over 30 days. I had to cancel my PayPal credit card to make sure that they would not charge it again, because I did not feel confident that it had resolved in a satisfactory way, and had to make sure that my bank information would be safe.

Desired Outcome

I would be satisfied with a return of the charges against my credit card, which was $179.65. I called and tried to resolve the issue and they did finally agree to refund the most recent two charges, but refused to refund the other charges from 34 days ago, which was another $179.65.

They auto-renewed me for some vitamins that I never wanted to begin with and then charged me about $200 for products I never asked for.
I ordered a "free" trial of health products that had a $6.05 shipping charge, and when I received the junk they call a product, there was NO INVOICE NOR ANY CONTACT INFORMATION for this company whatsoever. There should have been an invoice included telling me if not cancelled in a time period I would be auto enrolled, but there was NOTHING. Just a bottle of pills. Nothing else. Then I received another bottle, again with no invoice or contact information enclosed. It took me over 30 minutes to find their contact information on the bottom of the bottle in EXTREMELY tiny type with their web address. When I spoke with someone, she advised me I was charged 2 charges of almost $90 a bottle for something I NEVER wANTED AND COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL. In addition, they charged me for 2 bottles and only sent one! So they even ripped me off on that front as well! I spoke with rep from their company and when I advised her I want a full refund or i'm disputing the charges, and asked what the last 4 numbers of the card it was charged to and the total amount charged, she hung up on me!! I spoke with another agent who "claims" my refund is being processed, but if I don't see it in 48 hours, I'm filing a dispute with the bank. This company is a scam and hides all their information in order to keep scamming people out of hundreds of dollars.

I want a full refund amount for the two charges that were put on my debit card along with any overdraft charges that may have accrued due to their shady business practices.

I saw an add for the Forskolin and vinegar diet Through Slim Organix which has three different accounts it charges from your bank account and three different phone numbers. Daily Essentials 844-474-0764, Aloke SS Esquire 844-476-3203, FL and SUSPURE 844-243-1294 I wanted to order the Forskolin and it said it was only 6.95 for shipping and when I tried to order, a screen for another free product popped up Garcinia... something popped up and I closed the screen because I didn't want it. Over and over again it popped up and I closed the screen. Finally I closed the whole order and opened it again and then I could order the Forskolin by itself. After I ordered it and paid for it an ad popped up it said that I would receive a free trial of Colon cleanse for the shipping charge of 6.95 It did not ask me if I wanted Colon Cleanse. So I called the company when the charge came on my account within 2-3 days and the charge was 6.97 and 6.95, & 29.99 and I asked what was the charge for $29.99 for I told the company I did not order anything but the Forskolin and they said I did and I was getting the three products and that was what I was charged for and I couldn't get a refund because they were already shipped. I said "Well, I can send them back because I don't need anything but the forskolin? I made sure I did not click anything but the forskolin and the site was very difficult to read and maneuver and I made very certain I didn't click that I wanted anything but Forskolin. The terms were not clear and were not laid out in a way that you could see them. There was no requirement to read the terms before continuing to pay for the product as stated and in the terms there were no continuation of pay prices laid out for future payment to be made and no other company names or identities to be identified so as to identify who was withdrawing funds from your account. Like other customers who have filed complaints for 1-2 days I made attempts to make calls in to the company and got recordings as well and no one would answer, even during business hours. If you are going to set time frames they should be clearly stated. On Websites you should be allowed to deny offers and deny free trials as well. Free trials should not be thrown in after a purchase is made with ties to other fees and charges. This is a clear misuse of customer funds and does not put any trust or faith in the business. Even after I asked for them to allow me to send back the product for a refund of the 6.95 and 29.99 and to cancel the free trial. I was denied and then this week I was charged approximately 79.95 I called them back and I asked what this charge was for. They told me it was for the free trail which I did not cancel of Colon Cleanse. I told them that I did call and cancel. In fact I called them within 3 days of ordering and told them I didn't even order it and I didn't want it. I told them I wanted a refund they argued that because I didn't call within the first 14 days I was too late and I would not get a refund. I argued that I called with in the first 5 days because of the erroneous charge and I told them not to charge me for anything else I didn't want anything else. They still charged me for more fees. They continued to argue that they could not give me any refund at all because they said that I should have read the terms of the agreement and I said that I printed out the terms and receipt and there was no statement of how much I was to be charged above the amount of the forskolin and the shipping. I followed there terms and cancelled within the 14 days and they are not following up on their end of the deal they still fought there battle and started offering me 35% refund and I said I was not happy with that, because they are not doing what they said they would do. I said what if I send back the unopened product they said I could do that for a full refund and I asked for the address and then they said ok sorry no you can't do that. So, I said now your telling me I have no hope of getting a full refund when I followed all your rules or terms as you call it. They said that I signed up for it so I had to pay for it. and then I said I was going to call my bank and report them . Once I said that they started telling me they would do 50% then 60 % and then 75% final offer and before they hung up I said you told me if I sent it back you would give me a 100% if I called with in 14 days, which I did, I could get 100% and you now say I cannot get 100% I am definitely not happy and I will have to consider reporting this. they told me there employee id number was 103 and they would give me 100% refund and sent me a verification email.

Apparently, I ordered some foresklin'? I don't know what that is and a colon cleanse'? Why would I order a colon cleanse. Also a bottle of Garcinia. I called the company when I received the package 3/30/18. She said I ordered it 3/24 as a trial paying shipping$6.95. She gave me the last four of the used card. I also had a $29.99 charge and a 6.97 charge'? 43.91 really...I would never pay that for pills not needed. She continued to try and sell me more instead of understanding I didn't order nor do I want this. Of I send it back I get charged 19.99 to restock....REALLY!! Apparently, I ordered 3/24 well it came 3/30 and it's a 14 day trial really so a week passed.

Refund To get a refund it cost $43.91 totally. I would never waste money on that. If anything at least 29.99 I apparently paid for one of the bottles. This is crazy. They can have the pills back. Total scam

I returned two products I was refunded for one product but not the other. The company received the return on 10/6/17 it is now 3/23/18 and no refund.
On July 29, 2017 I ordered a trial of Forskolin and Garcinia from Slim Organix at PO Box 76122, Tampa, FL 33675. I received additional product billed to me on 8/15 & 8/16/2017. When I received it I called and cancelled it on 9/13/17 because I didn't like the product. I was told I would receive a refund for the products if I returned them following these instructions: Return unused product to Slim Organix Brands, PO Box 76122, Tampa, FL 33675 with with codes marked on outside of the mailer. The codes: RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXX and RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I sent the product priority mail and know that they received it on 10/6/2017. I contacted the business in November 2017 and received a refund to my VISA for one product (Garcinia) for 92.09. I have yet to receive a refund for the Forskolin in the amount of $84.95. I have contacted the business monthly at 855-634-0304. I was told each time that it has been referred to a supervisor and that I would be receiving a check in 30 days. Now it has been over 5 months and I believe that is long enough to wait for a refund. I am concerned that I will never see a refund of my money.

Never received package. No way to get in touch with business but still charged my card.
I made an order for a bottle of the slim organix. The terms were that you only needed to pay for shipping of $6.95. I paid $6.95 using my Visa card on March 7, 2018 and received a order number 7BAEXXXXXC and saying I will receive an email when the package has shipped. Expect your package to be delivered by March 12, 2018. Never received any following emails. Also never received product. I would like to have my money refunded and do not want to receive any packages or have any payments taken out in the future. This company is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a horrible place to order things. I wanted to get a free trial all I had to do was pay for shipping but then they added on two other items that I didn't want my total was over 70 dollars instead of just 6.99. I didnt find out they charged for all this when I didnt accept it until I looked at my bank account. So I called them the next day to have them cancel my order but they said my order wasn't on record at all. I gave them all my information even the order number but they couldn't find it. I called serval times and two different numbers. I also emailed them and contacted them in another way and never got my order canceled or refunded or ever heard back from them. Please refine from ordering from them they are trickster and not a good company to order from.

Cannot contact company to stop order. All information given is bogus.
I should have known bettet, but I have two $89 charges to my credit card and cannot contact the company to stop the orders from coming. The card that came with it gas www.slimorganix.com website, NO SUCH ADDRESS available, Maderira Florida 33708 address is not reachable, and bogus phone number is (844)399-6015, I held for 20 minutes and called several more tomes, Noone answers the call, put on virtual Hold.
Please contact me with help, I do not know how to correct this problwm.

I was triple billed with false advertising for products I did not order.
In the end of November,2017, I ordered a 15 day free sample from Silmorganix on line. It showed to additional screens of other products that had nowhere to accept/deny. I was sent three bottles and charged over $50.00. Then on December 5,2017 my account was charged $83.00 twice. I have receieved anything to date nor do I want anything else from this company! I tried to contact the company and was hung up on!I have since changed my credit card account.

I want a refund on all charges except the $6.96 shipping charge on the original order. I have also been charged approx. $100.00 for insufficent funds on my checking account!

Inordinate delay in receiving refund
In June of 2017 I ordered two products from Slim Organix Brands.
I was dissatisfied with the product but in the meantime, I did not realize that my order was on auto-refill. My credit card was charged for two new bottles that were enroute to me.
8/11/17 - I called Slim Organix and spoke to Agent Sara who said that she would stop the auto-refill and would refund the two items enroute to me if I returned them as soon as I received them and gave me special instructions as to how to return the items RMA numbers, etc.
I received the items and on 8/21/17 I returned the items to Slim Organix.
I subsequently began calling to confirm that the returned items had been received and finally on 10/9/17 I called and Agent Sara advised me that two $79 refunds had been processed that day and I should see the credits on my credit card within five business days. I subsequently received one credit of $79 but not the second one.
10/19/17 - I called again (didn't record the agent's name) and was told that they would need to get "higher management" to process the 2nd refund of $79 because the agent's system would not process the $79.
NOW HERE's WHERE THE FUN BEGINS:
11/9/17 - I called AGAIN and talked to Agent Melissa and she said she would check into it.
11/14/17 - I called AGAIN and talked to Agent Melissa and she said that she would check into it.
12/12/17 - I called AGAIN and talked to Agent Zack *** and he said that "Corporate" would call me back.
12/28/17 - I called AGAIN and talked to Agent Chanta and she said she would advise "Corporate" again to contact me.
1/11/18 - I called AGAIN and talked to Agent Kathy *** and she couldn't check the status of my refund because her computer was down but that I would receive a call back.
...and TODAY 1/19/18 I called AGAIN and Wila said she could not find my account in the system. WHAT??? I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. After holding for almost half an hour, I gave up.
I SURRENDER!!! WHY can't I receive the $79 refund?

Then her supervisor from Quality Assurance Agent #31 Brianna called me to ask if I was satisfied and to check my email which read: Thank you for contacting Customer Care. We have fully refunded all of the charges made to your account. The refunds total $345.72. The refund may take 3 - 7 business days to process before posting to your financial institution. As our way of apologizing for the problems you encountered while ordering from us, if you have not already returned the products, please keep them. We do not need them returned. 14 Day Trail for weight loss products with contract to cancel in extremely small print and hidden.
I order a trail of Forskolin Extract from Slim Organix which also included a bottle of Colon Cleanse. You just pay the freight of $6.97. In very small print that I could not read on my computer it says must cancel trial in 14 days or you will be charged full price for these bottles of $82.95 each.I call and they said next time read the contract and gave me 50% off 1 bottle. By the way, big pictures of Dr. Oz from TV recommending the product.

I ordered a "free" sample of forskolin from Slim Organix. All I had to do was pay shipping. The sample bottle came. There was no statement or clear notice saying that I had to call them within 14 days or they would put me on auto pay and automatically ship the product again. They charged my account triple the amount of the product currently being used and said they could not refund my money, because they did not receive a call from me. I finally got them to say they would refund one payment if I sent the product back, but I have tried twice and they have returned the product to me. This company is a scam from the word go and needs to be shut down. I have never in my life dealt with such a dishonest and hard to work with company. When I finally spoke again to a manager about the returned product she told me that the bank was investigating and that since they ruled on the side of the business they no longer would honor our agreement for a refund.
