on October 27, 2018 I came across an ad for Slim Ultra Garcina while online. It described a special where you just pay $4.95 and $3.95 for shipping for Slim Ultra Garcinia and Cleanse. It did not explain a 14 day trial. So I gave it a shot. I received the product 4 days after that. I only received an email letting me know the product had been shipped. I received no email regarding a subscription and was under the impression from the website it was a one time charge of the just shipping fees. On November 10, 2018 I noticed charges for $84.95 and $87.95 that I did not expect. I was able to find a number to call and spoke to 3 different customer service personal who turned out to be very unhelpful and treated me like I was stupid. They even laughed at me while on the phone with me. They kept telling they could not help me with anything other than canceling the subscription, which I did. I asked them to refund my money and I would even return the product. I was not expecting to be charged over $170.00. As a single mother with 2 children, if I knew this was going to happen I would not have even done it. I haven't really had the chance to try the product!

I would like a refund for the $84.95 and $87.95 that I was charged.

I decided to do a 14 day trial for $8.00 (roughly). They charge me the $8.00 and then charge me $173 for it.
I decided that I might choose this product because the "risk free", trial was $8.00. They worded it in such a deceiving way that little did I know they would also be charging me $173.00. When I called the company to try and get my money back, they admitted to charging me TWICE for it!!!! Worst mistake I've ever made

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back. The bottles (trial/ only), have not been opened. If I get my money I'll ship it back. I live on $750.00/month and this fraudulent transaction is something that I cannot afford.

I financially can not afford the charges and tried to call and email and have gotten to help. And upon research I find the original website that has clear instructions in regards to the 14 day trial ect, that website is not the one that came up on my screen that I ordered from, If it was I would have sent back the pills or not ordered at all! The website I ordered from was 100% misleading!

With no cancellation request within the 14 day period, our auto ship program and monthly subscription took effect.
Our records also showed Ms. called to cancel subscriptions on 8/14 and refund was issued immediately, Refunded - $87.95 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXX X/14/2018
Looking further in the details of our records, Ms. made a charge back with her credit card company on 8/23, $84.95 posted on 8/23.
Then on 9/16, Ms. called us and request the refund (That was already charge back few weeks ago), our team try to explain to Ms.
that when customer made the charge back with her credit card, the fund is in the process to back to her credit card and we no longer able to refund on our ends.
We feel for Ms. concerns, so we did what we could to accommodate her.
Hope this could clarify the misunderstandings and help understand the situation better.
Any reasonable request we are more than happy to accommodate.

I did not authorize the auto ship. Why would anyone it was a trial so you try something new and want more that make no sense.I DID NOT AGREE TO THAT. They refunded the card for SLIM ULTRA GARCINIA. I WAS UNDERSTANDING IT WAS A SINGLE PURCHASE. So that when it was canceled should have ALL been CANCLED. This is just a scam to get money.. On my receipt or anything else there was nothing about a 14 day trial or the 85.00 for the product. They refunded for the Garcinia but re charged my credit card for the SLIM ULTRA CLEANSE. If they want there product back it is not open or ever been still has the plastics seal. I just want a refund for what they charged my card.

I will never agree and they will not refund as I have said if they want their diet aid back I will never open and use this is ashame that there are company that take advantage of customers without knowledge and make charges. Why is it that when I tried to get to the website and not able, something change? Send me address they can have there product back. If not Why? They don't want it either.

I accept their response because they give me back my money. I still am of the opinion that their way of doing business is dishonorable and dishonest. It's still true that there was NO information about auto shipping on the website, in the confirmation letter NOR the billing letter. Saying that customers have to sign for that before they order is simply not true, a lie as you can call it. So yes, I am happy I got my money back.

The information I gave you was what was on the website I ordered from. I'm not a customer anymore because I canceled with them so they wouldn't keep sending me products. Here is the email address I got from them and the customer service number. Not sure if it will help but I hope so.

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.

According to our records, Ms. ordered both our products (Slim Ultra Cleanse & Slim ultra Garcinia) on a 14 day trial back on 05/30/2018 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $3.95 for Slim Ultra Cleanse, and $4.95 for Slim Ultra Garcinia.

Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/14/2018 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled.
We feel for Ms. concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, we have issued a full refund on 7/09 . Here is the refund confirmations: Refunded- $84.95 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX dated 07/09/2018 and Refunded-$87.95 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX dated 07/09/2018, total refund of $172.90.
