You will note that the fact that this is a subscription is buried in section 4.2, and the amount listed in the terms and conditions does not reflect what was charged. The company has not responded to why I was charged $89.95, when their terms and conditions states $85.97. They also did not refund the additional $1.95 I was charged on the day of purchase, and no explanation has been given for that charge.Additionally, I still maintain that their website is misleading. The significant discrepancy in price advertised versus price charged ($5 v. $90 total) should be clear on their website, or displayed prominently in the terms and conditions. Additionally, the "Terms and Conditions" is not accessible, through hyperlink or other mechanism, with the 'checkbox' - instead, a customer has to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Terms and Conditions." Besides the buried note in section 4.2 of the T&C, no warning is provided - on the confirmation page, the order confirmation e-mail, or the shipping e-mail - that a customer is signing up for a subscription service, or only has 14 days from the date of order (not the date of shipment or the day the product was received) to cancel the trial.I will not consider my complaint resolved until the website is changed, the price discrepancy and the additional $1.95 charge are explained.
