The customer claimed to have filed a dispute with her financial institution. Once a dispute is filed, the financial institution will block any transactions including refunds from the company. I am rejecting this response because: as you can see from the email I received from this company, they did not mail until 3/1/18.  This is their own admission that the order wasn’t mailed out until my trial was over. I was charged on the ship date.  At best, this is a scam and a fraudulent  way to conduct business.  Contacting their business as they have suggested has not resulted in a solution. Their license needs to be revoked, and they need to reimburse those they have scammed.
