I was and kept telling him to stop pulling cash from my account he then stated that Id not get the cash back for September it was for the free trial and thy were not notified I did not want to get any more. I did get loud but did not use and profanity but kept telling him to stop the cash coming from my account. on a side note he did say he was recording the conversationDesired Settlement: I just want them to STOP charging my account I also want my cash back I dont see how hard that is.
