I was sent 4 separate orders l never requested And these charges were billed to my credit card. I bought a sample trial on Sept 2.
On Sept 4. Muscle Support Strength. $9.96 was charged On Sept 19. CFH Garcina $89.92 and CFH Forskolin $89.97 were also charged And on Oct 5. Keto Natural Health. $9.95 were also charged. These were all billed to my *** card Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Experation date. 08/31/24. Name. *** CVC Number

I cannot locate the company address or phone number.
I purchased this Slim boost product During the one month free trial. (Nothing is ever free). They keep sending me the product and charging my credit card. I cannot find their website or phone number to call to cancel all this mess. I hope you can help me thank you

trial amount increased over what authorized and continued to bill me after I cancelled the subscription.
I initially ordered one product on the free trial and was offered an add on product at no cost. At the end of the trial I was billed monthly for EACH product at a rate that later increased beyond what I had authorized. I contacted the merchant via email and advised I would like my subscription to be cancelled. The products stopped coming, but they continued to bill my account for several months.

Desired Outcome

I have an email sent to the merchant cancelling the subscription I would like all moneys they took after that to be refunded to my card. I would also like any amount of money taken over the amount initially authorized to be refunded. I am happy to return the terrible product still in the fed ex packaging back to them for a full refund.

We made an order for Slim Boost and never received the product but our card continued to be charged. Our attempts to cancel this product only resulted in the customer care "politely" hanging up. We finally had to get our credit card company to block Slim Boost from charging us. We also have had Mastercard fight to get our money back from Slim Boost. We can not recommend this company and regret giving a star rating.

All trials do this now. Get a cheap trial...you can't read the fine print so eventually they send you stuff you didn't ask for getting charged $74,94. For a product that doesnt work. They try and say they will give you a 50% refund. Keep on telling them you want your full refund. Or you may file a complaint with the Revdex.com or other agencys...they finally saw it my way with a full refund and they said keep the product. BTW the Revdex.com gives them a F rating.. And avoid trials.

I ordered Essential Nutri Fit online, haven't received it, was charged $69.95 before 18 day trial period is over.
I called twice to get my account canceled and a refund. The second time I called I spoke with Robert he said my account was canceled but he could not refund the $69.95. He stated that I originally ordered the product on June 11 and on June 25th I was billed because the 14 day trial was over. However, the website I signed up on said I had 18 days to cancel. It stated 4 days for s&h and a 14 day trial, cancel within 18 days to avoid the purchase price of $69.95. I was billed before the 18th day. July 11 to July 28 (I canceled yesterday) is 17 days. (I was billed on day 14).

I have tried to resolve this myself, I called the above number twice once speaking to Victoria then calling back and speaking to Robert. Robert stated that they did not have the authority to refurnd money and that there were no supervisors there who could help.

It was stated that I had an 18 day trial period, I canceled my account on day 17. Yet, was billed $69.95 on day 14.

Desired Outcome

I would like $69.95 refunded. Also, if they are going to charge your account at 14 days, that needs to be stated. Not that you have an 18 day trial period. That is very miss-leading.

Bad bad bad company. They're crooks and refuse to give a refund. I threatened to smear them all over social media and to contest their charges with my credit card company. Received some *** info from the man saying I'll never win so offered me 30% off, but when I said nope, he then 50% off or full credit if I returned the product. I NEVER received any product to return so I said NOPE.

Finally, after much crying and complaining and threatening, he gave me a full refund that is supposed to post to my cc in 3-5 business days. It better. I WILL be blocking them from using my cc card ever again. I don't want to give then even one star but to get this posted, I have to.

Same thing as others have reported. I ordered a trial offer that I never received and exactly 13 days later, a day before the cancellation deadline they charge my bank account 79.95 and 69.95. When I called they refused to refund those two charges despite never having rec'd a single bottle from them. They need to be put out of business. This is the worst business ever. The phone numbers they give to the bank are incorrect and they refuse to refund the ill-gotten money.

Slimboost offered a 14-day trial bottle. Did not state their policy clearly. When I wanted to cancel, they charged me $69.95.
They would not let me return the unopened bottle instead of paying the $69.95. If I did nothing they would continue to send it to me and charge for it. I should have been able to cancel with the 14 days (which ends May 29, 2018), without being forced to pay for the "trial bottle."

I believe this is a scam because the customer is out no matter what they do. Most companies let you cancel during the trial period with no additional charge.

Desired Outcome

I want my $69.95 refunded and their advertising to be changed to be more clear that customers will not be able to cancel without paying for the "free trial bottle". Most companies let you cancel during the trial period without charging anything beyond the initial $5.95 for postage.

Ordered product 3/19, recd product 4/2, was billed for product 4/2 $150, 4/16 emailed that product was not working for me, they sent another shipment, billed me for $150.
Today called to return all product, close account and get refunds. They refused and said they would waive the $40 fee to close account and hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $300, close account, will happily send product back and stop them from scamming other people.

I did the 14 day trial and today then charged me $65 when the trial wasn't even up and I hadn't even had the chance to cancel it!!!! I want a refund and everything canceled!!!! They don't even pick up the phone when I call

billed an extreme amount for 2 week sample that wasn't delivered in time to test for 2 weeks. Automatic billing then took place
I attempted to get a refund of the products in questions that were advertised as a free sample. It was refused since they claim that customers have 2 weeks to cancel before being billed the full amount. business claims not to have a website and only advertises on facebook. I am unable to find them on facebook so I will refuse the charges on my credit card. this business is a fraud

I did not get a two week trial of this product and when I called for a refund they said the trial was up which it wasn't
I signed up for their 2 week trial I did not get two weeks to try the product as it did not arrive to my house till April 6th I called yesterday to cancel and they would not refund my full amount. They said the two weeks start from the time you order to me that is false advertising. I tried the product but had to stop it did not agree with me. I just want my full refund.
