Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted] Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxesAccording to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia and Cleanse on a day trial basis back on 09/23/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 10/07/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/07/$+ shipping and handling for the Garcinia and $+ $for shipping and handling for the CleanseOn our site we have a terms and conditions check boxes that the customer must select before purchasing our productOn 07/18/our customer service team received a call and the customer's order was placed on hold The customer was re-notified of the terms and conditions that they agreed to prior to purchasing our productWe have refunded the customer for both Garcinia and Cleanse products.Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] on 10/27/2017Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] on 10/27/2017Refunds should reflect on customer's account within to business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions

Hello, We have received a complaint in regards to the customer, unfortunately we are unable to locate their order within our database using the information that was already provided to us. Please assist us to locate their order and resolving the issue by providing us with the following
information: 1) order number 2) first and last of the credit card which you used to make the order 3) description for the charge on your credit cardAlso, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the days was overThe customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the productAfter the customer finishes their day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a day supply plus shipping and handlingUsually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be chargedIt was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check outThe customer must call in and cancel their account before the day trial is overIf the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted]. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia and Cleanse on a 14 day trial basis back on 09/23/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.95. The trial expired on 10/07/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/07/2017 $89.95 + 4.95 shipping and handling for the Garcinia and $85.95 + $5.95 for shipping and handling for the Cleanse. On our site we have a terms and conditions check boxes that the customer must select before purchasing our product. On 07/18/2017 our customer service team received a call and the customer's order was placed on hold.  The customer was re-notified of the terms and conditions that they agreed to prior to purchasing our product. We have refunded the customer for both Garcinia and Cleanse products.Refunded - $91.90 Trans-ID: [redacted] on 10/27/2017Refunded - $89.95 Trans-ID: [redacted] on 10/27/2017Refunds should reflect on customer's account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.
