I experienced the same situation as other reviewers. I had $92.93 debited from my account and did not sign up for autoship, only the free trial by paying $4.95 shipping. None of the contact information located on my account and on the shipment paperwork was accurate. I would call the number, it would ring a few times and then disconnect. Only after checking the Revdex.com website did I locate a working number where I actually got through to customer service.
I was able to get them to agree to credit me the full $92.93 only after threatening to report them to the Revdex.com. They indicated I did not call back in the 14 days to cancel and I continued to insist that if they had provided accurate contact information, they would not have this problem. They first wanted to credit me only 50% and when they realized I was not giving up, they then offered to credit me 75%. It was then that I indicated I would be reporting my experience to the Revdex.com and then she offered the 100% refund. Hope this helps others in the same situation.
