I was charged twice for products I did not recieve. The co. says it cannot refund my money. I have no product and was charged twice for it.

The business advertises and free 14 day trial. What they don't make clear is after 14 days they bill you $170 for the products they shipped.
A product was purchased through this company via advertising for a free 14 trial of their product, if you pay shipping and handling. They subsequently billed $170 for the products that they shipped. Within the product packaging there is NO information regarding how to cancel the subscription. There was no information in the email indicating the trial information and the on-going subscription agreement made. There's no information on the pages as you click through them, that I saw, that indicates how you cancel a subscription. In fact, the name of the company is very vague in and of itself. I did look to see if I was subscribing to anything going further and I did not see it. It was buried within a link at the bottom of the first page. It was NOT clear and evident to me, the buyer, what I would be charged for. I thought I was paying $10.90 to try a product - not that I would then be billed for that product and subscribing for an on-going period. The email receipts sent to me didn't indicate this nor did they send a receipt after the $170 was billed to my credit card.
I would like a FULL refund of the monies charged to my account.

We apologize for the late reply, for some reason we did not receive the first notice.
On Sept 09,2019, the customer called in and talk to our customer service agent regarding the charges on her credit card. Our agent explained to her about the charges and then offered 50% refunds which the customer accepted. Since the customer was not happy with the 50% refund, we went ahead and refunded the other 50% on Nov 1,2019. The funds should show up in customer's account in 3-4 business day.If supporting documentations are required please let us know and we will happy to submit them. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Thank you for your help. I checked my car statement and the money was refunded.
I still believe their website should be updated to make it clear to the buyer that they will be charged additional fees for the products 30 days after they receive them AND that they are enrolled in a subscription.

Free trial of product was sent to the wrong address, it was returned to sender. I was then charged for a full subscription for product not received.
I ordered a free trial for the Keto Slim vitamin product. The product was sent to the wrong address. I contacted the USPS to alert them and they issued a return to sender. I also contacted ***@ketoslimlinichealth.com to alert them of the issue. They said I needed to call. By this time my credit card had been charged $89.95 for a full subscription for the product because 14 days had gone by and my trial period had ended. But in fact my trial never began because the product was never received. When I called customer support (3 times) They refused to issue me a refund. Here is the tracking number to show the product was returned and never had made it to my location. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. My free trial ended on X-X-XXXX and I called to clear this up on X-X-XXXX and was refused a refund.
I would like a refund for the product that was never received and returned back to the sender.
