Review: I purchased their HGH Advanced product, which stated "Unlike other HGH supplements, HGH Advanced gives you 180 day money back guarantee!" I paid $180.60 for a 4 month supply of product (plus shipping of $14.95)ordered 3/**/13, based on the money-back guarantee. After using for 4 months I found no improvement in my energy level, weight, or appearance of my skin (the main reason I tried it). In August, I mailed a letter requesting a refund and never hear back from them and when I checked the web site, it no longer offered the money-back guarantee. When I originally ordered their website also contained testimonials that boasted how this money-back guarantee was so much better than those offered by other products, because it gave you a full 6 months to try it. I still have a copy of their internet page that listed their guarantee. That was the only reason I spent that much money to try the product as I can't really afford it. Then I sent two more letters, which were both returned un-opened and on 10/**/13 I emailed their customer service requesting a refund and never heard a response. I'm very upset about how they advertised the money-back guarantee, then removed it from their website after I place an order, and now they won't even speak with me to try to resolve the problem. I have a copy of my order #[redacted] as well as a copy of the page boasting of their money back guarantee and I want my money back for a product that did nothing whatsoever for me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount ($195.55) but will settle for a refund of the amount I paid, less shipping expenses ($180.60).
