Free trial offer online for Made Pure Skin Cream, only pay for shipping. Does not state on website that this is apparently a membership wherein they charge a monthly fee. I was charged $84.95 for a product which was advertised as free. This charge to my credit card was unauthorized therefore this company has committed fraud.

I purchased an offer seen online for MadePure skin cream as a trial for 4.97 for serum and 4.95 for the eye cream. This trial purchase was made on December 13, 2018 on my Visa credit card with the phone number as: 888 683 0840. I did receive my trail products. The products were neatly packaged in the same white box. There was no type of documentation inside of the box.

On December 28, 2018 there were two NOT APPROVED purchases that I never purchased or agreed to. One charge was for $89.98 for the cream and another charge in the amount of $84.95 for the serum. Despite the fact that my credit card was charged without my consent, I never received any of the two products: not the cream or serum.

On January 28, 2019 there were two additional NOT APPROVED purchases that I never purchased or agreed to. One charge was for $89.92 for the serum and another charge in the amount of $94.90 for the cream. Despite the fact that my credit card was charged again without my consent, again, I never received any of the two product: not the cream or serum.

After reviewing my Visa bank statement, I immediately went online to contact Made Pure Skin and all that I was able to find was more advertisements for trial samples. There is no contact information listed on their site. I have filed a dispute for all 4 charges and I am currently waiting to hear back from Wells Fargo.

An offer was online for MadePure skin cream as a trial for 10.00. This trial purchase was processed on a credit card with the phone number as: 888 683 0840. I was charged for the face skin cream of $89.95 Feb 7, 2018, along with the eye serum of $84.95, Feb 8, 2018. The eye serum was never mentioned on the online offer. When I received the package, both items were sent in the same pretty little box neatly packaged for shipment, no statement, no invoice, no papers of any kind with the package. UPS label only, from a distribution center of: PO Box 692208, Orlando Fl 32869. The only information I have found, other than the UPS package, was found on the item itself: "Distributed for MadePure, Palm Harbor Fl 34685, ph 888 624 6556. Since receiving the credit card statement, after a month of receiving the "item(s)", realizing I have been scammed, then decided to find PureMade online for more information, all I found were more advertisements for trial samples. I want no more charges on my account and I want to return the items.
