Slip On Appeal

Review: I went to go get my tongue pierced at Slip On Appeal and Lisa H[redacted] did it. About a week later she told me to change the bar to a shorter one so I did. I told her that it seemed like it wasn't in the middle, and she told me to wait before it has healed, because it was probably just the swelling. I got the piercing july 3rd 2015. Yesterday I messaged her because the piercing is still really off center and it is crooked. I asked her for a refund or for her to fix it for me because I don't really have extra money laying around to get someone else to fix it. She called me a liar and that she is "positively perfect" when she does piercings but she make mine crooked. She handled the situation very unprofessionally. She messaged me on facebook saying "I am the wrong person to start a facebook war with" when all I did was post a picture of it, and people said it was crooked. She could have seriously hurt me by putting it through crooked because there is a major artery in the tongue called the ranine artery. It also was so crooked it laid on my teeth and it caused constant pain. I would always bite it on the side that was off center so my teeth would constantly hurt.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of 40 since I was very unsatisfied with it because it was so crooked.
