I have submitted a complaint with the owners of Pit Stop Auto for the reimbursement of double charged items. I have also asked that they consider some additional compensation as my car repairs were not completed and I have found many items just by opening the hood of the car. Please see
the attached Pit Stop email and Experience for all of the attachments including pictures and a copy of the bill
Pitstop Automotive, LLC has corrected the issue with customer by returning $to his credit card
Customer called on the phone for a quote for a V6 but he had a 4 cylinder; therefore the price was different because of the customer giving the wrong info. The vehicle was brought into the shop for the water pump and the mechanic noticed that the engine was full of slug . We contacted the...
customer and made him aware of the issue and he just wanted us to do the water pump. The mechanic fixed the water pump as per customer request. when the customer came in to pick up vehicle he was again made aware of the slug .
