I ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my husband in early March and they have not arrived. I have contacted them with no result.
I spent $110 on a pair of old school men's Nike high tops red and white. I placed the order on March 24th. The order number is: *** and the tracking number that was sent to me is:

I received an email from a person named Peter Jordan stating it would take 20-25 days to arrive. It has never arrived.

I feel like this company misrepresents who they are and what products they sell. In my case they sold me what I am pretty sure are counterfeit Nike shoes. The retailer suggests that I return the shoes and I can get a full refund but I pay the shipping. Seems somewhat fair except the shipping cost to Vietnam at the address they provided is $60, which is 60% of the cost of the shoesridiculous! As I became more upset over this and researched the company more, I discovered online that many other consumers are unhappy with their experience with this company. Why were the shoes shipped to me directly from China, I'm supposed to return them to Vietnam, yet they present themselves like they have offices in Florida? It all seems very shady. But the core of the problem is the product they misrepresent. I thought I was buying women's shoes- that's what populated when I entered the info. What I rec'd was a man's shoe size. The retailer said they don't sell women's shoes. This was a red flag so I inspected the shoes more carefully. The package came directly from China, the Nike box didn't look like a normal Nike box, the size label on the shoe box didn't look like a normal label, and the shoes look like counterfeits.

I can't get a refund or the product.
I ordered a pair of Nike vapormax for $95. After I paid for them I felt it was too good to be true so I read reviews about the site. All of them were bad. I emailed the address provided asking for a refund since I just made the order. He told me it was already being processed and he can't issue a refund until I get the product and return it. It's been over a month. I still don't have the product. He keeps giving me this tracking number that's still the same status it has been since I completed the order. It says it's been created. I feel he created the label just to pacify me.

Purchased a product online. Received a tracking number to USPS. When I entered the tracking number on USPS webpage it was not a known format. Contacted business to inquire about it but was told check later. This purchase was made Saturday morning and there still has been no update. Asked for a refund when I began to research the company and found several complaints of consumers being scammed. Still have not been issued a refund.
