We take great pride in the quality of our Nacho'sThey have been a house specialty for the last years We have NEVER melted the cheese in a microwaveI have included a few pictures of an order of nachos being prepared (hers were plain - these are pictures of a Grande)Yes they are messy — even more so when they are removed from a very hot plate straight out of the oven into a carry-out container Ms [redacted] order was rang into the system at 1:43am (Friday night business day)The kitchen is normally not very busy at that time of night — in fact they have already started their tear-down since they close at 2amTherefore, there would be no delay in starting preparation of an order Her credit card was ran at 1:48am and the nachos were placed into a container She compares us to the [redacted] (actually [redacted] ) and looking at their menu they charge $Ours are $(plus tax)Her order was prepared by a kitchen staff member that has been with me for over years and we sold well over orders of nachos that weekThe kitchen staff is/was unaware of any of this dramaIt did not change how or when they made the order To walk into a restaurant, place an order and then decide that you need to leave immediately is not the restaurants fault or problemAs soon as the order is rang into the point-of-sale system an order slip is printed in the kitchen and they start making the orderIf the order had not been started or if some valid explanation (e.g.: family emergency) was given then I am sure the order would just have been manager comped even though it had already been madeIn fact just last Saturday, November 1"' we had just that sort of incident and the order was compedNACHOS................................$Combination of Colby & Cheddar Cheeses Oven Melted over hot Picante Sauce and Tostada Chips then topped with Jalapeno Peppers served with real Sour Cream by Request **3/ORDERS Available for $Less [redacted] ***, proprietor Slippery Noodle Inn

quality of our Nacho's. They have been a house specialty for the last 30 years.
We have NEVER melted the cheese in a microwave. I have included a few pictures
of an order of nachos being prepared (hers were plain - these are pictures of a
Grande). Yes they are messy — even more so when they are removed from a very
hot plate straight out of the oven into a carry-out container.
Ms. [redacted] order was rang into the system at 1:43am
(Friday night business day). The kitchen is normally not very busy at that time
of night — in fact they have already started their tear-down since they close

(actually [redacted]) and looking at their menu they charge $8.75. Ours
are $7.59 (plus tax). Her order was prepared by a kitchen staff member that has
been with me for over 10 years and we sold well over 200 orders of nachos that
week. The kitchen staff is/was unaware of any of this drama. It did not change
how or when they made the order.
