I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, you still owe me three dollars - when you sent the money, the fee was assessed on my end instead of yours, as my first screenshot will showThat's unacceptable; you made this problem, so you will pay for itI'll be awaiting the remainder of my cash
Second, this response is ridiculousEveryone using
***.com has been unable to take their money out of their accounts for
many months now - did everyone on the site get flagged for fraudulent
use? That would be a remarkable coincidenceHow did those investigations go?
Also, when I first and last reported this problem to ***.com's support, I was
told the issue was a technical one, and nothing to do with supposed
fraudulent use, as my second screenshot, with your name on it, will showHad I been told otherwise, I would have been able to
provide video of my use, as that is how I was able to send helpful video
of problems with games on the site in the pastIt's really
unprofessional to conjure up lies once you're caught with your pants
downFurthermore,
you don't have to tell someone they aren't able to use your product
when they're already trying to get as far away from your product as
possibleI have been beyond patient, and have refrained from going public on the level I like to go, but I don't like this insult added to injuryThe majority of your players are in my same situation, as a small sample on your own Facebook page shows (third screenshot) - the entire site has diminished in functionality, and as a result, funds are locked upThat is not due to any fraudulent activity

Removing my account from the site doesn't matter to me since the site doesn't work anyway, and no one is getting paid out unless they go through the Revdex.com, but it does matter to me that my name is cleared. Once it is, we're done here.
