They sent me the wrong item and then claimed there was a fire and they had no more money so they were unable to refund my money or send the right item. Do not purchase from them.

False product. This company is a scam and sends products that are not even remotely close to their product description I bought a stained glass piece that was described as "This Ancient Greek Medusa Head Suncatcher is made from glass mirror and iridescent black glass and features the silhouetted face of Medusa the Gorgon from Greek mythology. It measures 10” X 10” and is finished with a black patina." The product arrived as a plastic piece not one part of this product is glass. When contacted for a refund the company continues to state that this is in fact the product and the issue must be with my monitor, continued contact with this company reveals that they send repetitive automated responses, not actual customer support. Looking further into the issue with the "Hologram Medusa Suncatcher" you will find that all of the photos including the description are stolen from an *** artist (***) who's original piece of authentic stained glassed is priced at > $ 200 and they are falsely advertising this stolen product design to sell cheaply manufactured goods and take advantage of unsuspecting buyers.

I ordered a stained glass feather from the website ***. The product description said the feather is made of stained glass, solder, glass beads, wire and ribbon. I received a cheap one-piece PLASTIC feather with none of the aforementioned items on it. It was shipped from China and received 2 months after I ordered it. What I received is NOT a handmade piece of stained glass. It is a manufactured piece of plastic with a hole drilled in the top. I weighs 2 ounces. Product is listed on *** I requested a full refund of $26.90 US by contacting them directly at both *** and ***. They refused refund saying I got exactly what I ordered. I received exact duplicate multiple "generic form" answers to my requests each time. I then filed a complaint through *** which was my method of payment. I went through the complaint process on *** but they said I have to comply with sending the product back to the requested place of Vietnam to get the refund through their program. Even though they have an address in Colorado on their website, SLN Holding requested that I send product to Vietnam at a cost of $35.35 for shipping to receive my $26.90 back. I asked if I could send it to Colorado address instead. Again, I received another form response not addressing my question. This is a scam in online shopping. I can't get any help in getting my refund for this scam product.

Not what I ordered. I ordered through *** and it is a company held by SLN Holding. The item was suppose to be a soldered stained glass feather. I received one piece of plastic worth probably $1. I paid $26.90 and they won't give me a refund unless I send the worthless piece of plastic back to Vietnam for a price of $35.34 in shipping. Total rip off.

This place is a joke DO NOT order from them! I would give them zero stars if I could. They advertise one item and send you a item that looks similar but clearly NOT what is pictured and claim it to be "one of kind". One of a kind piece of junk I could find at the Dollar Store.

I ordered a item back in march of 2020 for a necklace. The price total was $24.94. I tried to reach out a few times via the email they provide and no one got back to me until I escalated it with ***. Now theyre trying to make me wait longer and gave me a bogus tracking number. I just want this to be noted against their company. I am hoping *** will get me my money back.

Item was ordered on December 4, 2020 and according to the listing the item was supposed to arrive before Christmas. This did not happen. Only received the item three months later and it was not at all as described. Contacted seller and no option for refund was mentioned at all. Additionally I returned the item and requested a refund on April 9,2020 only to receive this response.

I sent another email I don’t understand how you can say that I can’t receive a refund due to your financial misfortune. Your dispute form letter even states that if I contact you that I would receive my money back. I did this for the previous not correct item dispute and all I received was another form letter with the added information that the item according to you was the correct description. I sent the baby yoda doll back and have not heard anything from you. I sent the item back and would like a refund please.

I additionally contacted this business through email again stating how there financial misfortune had nothing to do with me sending the item back and requesting a refund. I also looked up this address with *** earth and it is a house. It could be possible that it is a business run out of there house but I also looked up the company on *** and found that it is in Sri Lanka.

Back 12/04/2019 I purchased an item from their store. After several attempts I was not getting tracking information. Once I finally did come through it still took until February 9th to receive it. Once I opened the package it did not look like anything that they advertised on their website. I was getting generic messages and finally a new message saying it is exaclty what I ordered (which I have photos of) and they would not refund me

Ordered product in Dec,2019. False tracking number given, never worked. Company say it's looking into it. Just want a refund

This is a fraudulent business. They are not in the US. *** found them in Vietnam. They are taking orders and money, but never sending the product. This is a scam.
