lets start with what kicked everything off. my mother who knows very little about cars had taken our truck in to get the harmonic balancer fixed. (I could've done this myself but the pressure bolt that holds the balancer to the motor was stripped and I didn't have the right tools to extract it.) So to make things easier for them since they were going to pick it up with their tow truck I had taken out the radiator so they would have the room they needed to extract the pressure bolt. I wasn't there when they were talking to my mom about what needed to be fixed. (in retrospect I wish I were) according to he bill they felt the water pump needed to be replaced. (It was fine) and they also charged her 89 bucks for in easy to understand terms an alternator test. (Free at [redacted]) and then they had felt all three belts needed to be replaced. (the belts on there were BRAND NEW). after receiving the truck back the belts all tore off at once. (The Brand new belts were replaced with OLD BELTS.) They said they had repaired the rounded off pressure bolt. thing wasn't even on tight enough to keep the harmonic balancer from wobbling and eventually tearing off. BTW bolt is still rounded off they pretty much chiseled a nick into it so they could just hit it off with a hammer and must have tightened it the best they could with vice grips. so now I am fixing it all over again the right way myself. all in all. this place is a scam and rip off. don't ever bring your vehicle here unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of.
