Review: Failure to honor warranty. Window installed by Homeview. Window is hot in summer and cold in winter. Much contact with installer who promised to replace window. That was a month ago. Energy audit by Baltimore Gas and Electric found the audit defective.Desired Settlement: Replace, repair or refund the purchase price.
