2 acl cadaver ligament replacement surgeries, same family. Same 2 month period.
The woman had insurance and they charged her carrier 48k.
The husband paying out of pocket, same surgery, charged 12k.
We the people pay in the end, every time.
I went there today on a referral and waited 30 minutes past the appointment time and never saw the doc.
Had some medtech telling me I need x rays which I just got at the primary, still no doc, the whole time I've been asking for the mri I clearly need, due to the obvious cartilage damage I sustained.
Funny thing... my insurance company is about to drop Slocum anyway.
