Please see attached documentation showing that the UPS audited weight of the Photo Booth package received and signed for by [redacted] on Monday, September 26, (09/26/16) was LBSIt is physically impossible for the package to have NOT contained the baseplate the customer is referencing as it weighs LBS aloneHad the actual weight determined by UPS been lower than the original weight of LBS put on the label, then it would be feasible to assume that something was missing, however that IS NOT the caseTo be clear, the package was originally labeled to be 60LBS by the shipper, but the weight was corrected by UPS to 80LBs meaning that it's impossible for the metal baseplate to not have been included in the packagingWe have asked the customer for photos of the box/packaging so that would could file a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, however the customer has not been able to produce said photos [redacted] can attest that they 100% put the baseplate in the packaging, and have had issues like this before where customers claim to have "not received" an itemAdditionally, it took the customer several months AFTER RECEIVING AND SIGNING FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH to notice that the baseplate was missingHow is this possible? If requested, we are happy to provide additional documentation (contract, emails, etc) supporting the facts of this matterIn summary, we tried to work with the customer, however it was rather apparent that there was some missing information from the other party including photos of the packaging, the late notification that the baseplate was "missing", etcSloMo Booths is willing to continue working with the customer directly to resolve this matter if they are willing to send photos of packaging and any other documentation UPS needs in order to file a claim

SloMo Booths has gone above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of MrA***, however he has been exceptionally difficult to work withEvery point on the timeline he provided is either fabricated or drastically exaggerated, so I will
just break everything down into bullet points, indicating his claims
We offered to provide the photo booth to MrA*** at the *** Photo Booth Expo in April, however he declined stating that the vehicle he was taking was not going to be big enough to fit itI have written documentation of this, thus falsifying his claim that he expected to receive it in ***He made it very clear that he did NOT want to pick it up in ***Also, MrA*** decided at the Photo Booth Expo that he wanted to switch to the "iClick" booth over the Hydraulic boothTo make up for the price difference of $750, I offered MrA*** additional LED Light panels ($each) AND a hard pelican case to transport the booth, custom designed ($value)
I told MrA*** that we would begin to ship equipment to him after we returned from ***, however day after returning a very close family member passed away therefore I had to take time for funeral arrangements and suchThis was disclosed to MrA*** MANY times with absolutely NO acknowledgment or sympathy
As soon as I returned from my time grieving, all of MrA***'s equipment was shipped out expressI provided him with tracking numbers for packages that included (4) LED Light Panels, (2) Light Stands, (1) iClick Photo Booth, (1) Microsoft Surface PRO i7, (1) High-Speed Camera, and all required cables and connectorsAll equipment was shown DELIVERED by UPS on May 8, A few days later I reached out to MrA*** and asked him if he had received his equipment and he told me that he'd received some of itThis is when everything started to go down hill
As soon as MrA*** told me that he didn't have the packages mentioned above, I called UPS and they began an investigationI have a recorded conference call with UPS and MrA*** where UPS explains the situation to him and notifies him that a UPS representative would be coming to him residence to investigateI began to follow up with MrA*** on multiple occasions, asking him if UPS had followed up and what I got was a lot of mixed stories that never made senseI have many emails and a recorded call where it is obvious that MrA*** is back tracking on statements he's made and it does not make sense
At this point, MrA*** became extremely difficult to work with and was not responding to my communication attempts in a timely manner, and when he did respond he would avoid some of the key questions that I asked him about the investigationDue to MrA***s lack of communication and avoiding my questions, I decided it would be in SloMo Booths best interest to file a police report with his city (***) as well as our city (Stow)I proceeded to fill police reports in both cities and continue communication with UPS
I received two letters from UPS stating that the packages were found to be delivered and that the recipient acknowledged this(see attached)
MrA*** must have opened up another investigation with UPS without notifying me and then continued to harass me for equipment that we had delivered according to UPS
MrA*** signed a Sales Agreement with us stating that delivery could be 5-weeks AND that SloMo Booths is not responsible for theft or damage to equipment (if the equipment was even stolen)
In conclusion, SloMo Booths has tried assisting MrA*** countless times, yet he is always eager to blame us and not work together even though we fulfilled our end of the agreementIt is very obvious that MrA*** is trying to extort money out of SloMo Booths and sabotage our business by making all of these exaggerated or fabricated claimsWe can provide the FACT for this ordeal while MrA*** only provides fluff to make our business look badWe have put a lot of time and effort in to ensure MrA***'s satisfaction, however he continues to blame us for something that is not our faultWe have taken all of the steps necessary to prove our case and have our attorney involved as well
We are happy to provide the Revdex.com with any documentation they need such as recorded phone calls, emails, text messages, signed agreements, and third-party documentation to prove that we are the victim in this matter

To be clear, the package was originally labeled to be 60LBS by the shipper, but the weight was corrected by UPS to 80LBs meaning that it's impossible for the metal baseplate to not have been included in the packaging.
