Mr[redacted] On October 28, you were explained our policies that all dogs will be crated and that your husky mix would take us about to 1/hours to complete for we work with your dog and give them as many breaks as they may need We were not aware of your husky mix having a medical condition that would require him to have food and water available at all times There is a space on the client card, groom alert that you signed, stating does your dog have any alerts we need to be aware of, you failed to fill this spot out, so it is our policy not to feed or give water to the dogs while in our care for they may have allergies, unless the owner states otherwise, which you have notOn December 17, you were told by me and my assistant that we apologize for we were running behind for we has a lot of large dogs scheduled that day and your husky mix was next and it would take about 35-minutes, depending on him Your dog is not an easy dog to work with and requires another person to assist, for which we do not charge you a handling fee for I also asked you if you wanted us to shave him down or give him our bath service, for which the bath service he would have be done in minutes You said no and that you wanted to come back another day that was not so busy, I stated to you during the holiday season we did not have any day that was slower than the other You then said that you would find another shop to do so, then five minutes later you were there to pick your husky mix up My assistant had already brushed and cleaned his ears and was working on clipping his nails without assistant (which he requires another person to hold him while we are clipping his nails), you walked in and said never mind, give me my dogYes I had the 'gull to charge you 30.00$' for we had completed our bath service and you came in and stated for us to stop clipping his nails and wanted him at that time Yes you were on time for your appointment and we were not late You see sir, your appointment was at 12:for the time estimated to finish would have been 4:30, then at 5:would have been the 1/hours You calling at 4:was at the estimated time of completion, if you would have allowed us to finish your dog we would have still been within our estimated time of completions at 5: Our policies are printed and sitting on the desk and you were told of the policies at the time you became a client We did not have your dog sitting in a crate while we did nothing to your dog, he was bathed, dried, brushed and ears cleaned You were just impatient as you always are You have the right to patronize any establishment you wish and I have the right to refuse service to anyone I wish I will not accept you and your dog as a client in the futureWe do not accept your excuse that the Christmas holiday does have a way of bringing out the best in everyone, even for clients who we have serviced for over a year, Happy New Year

Thank you for voicing your opinion and admitting that you came in for a nail trim and we preformed that service However we will not refund your money, we do have a pamphlet on our policies sitting on our desk, stating we do not offer refunds for services rendered Perhaps if you were
clearer in stating that you wanted your dogs nails to be ground with the dremel tool, then you would have been told we do not perform that service Therefore there would have been no confusion as to what service was performed. After meeting you and your dogs, you are correct, we will change our policy on walk in nail trims This will be a service only provided for our established clients, no longer available to new clients Again, thank you for your opinion, I do apologize that you did not have a full understanding of what our nail trims include.*** ***owner

On October...

28, 2014 you were explained our policies that all dogs will be crated and that your husky mix would take us about 4 to 4 1/2 hours to complete for we work with your dog and give them as many breaks as they may need.  We were not aware of your husky mix having a medical condition that would require him to have food and water available at all times.  There is a space on the client card, groom alert that you signed, stating does your dog have any alerts we need to be aware of, you failed to fill this spot out, so it is our policy not to feed or give water to the dogs while in our care for they may have allergies, unless the owner states otherwise, which you have not.
On December 17, you were told by me and my assistant that we apologize for we were running behind for we has a lot of large dogs scheduled that day and your husky mix was next and it would take about 35-40 minutes, depending on him.  Your dog is not an easy dog to work with and requires another person to assist, for which we do not charge you a handling fee for.  I also asked you if you wanted us to shave him down or give him our bath service, for which the bath service he would have be done in 7 minutes.  You said no and that you wanted to come back another day that was not so busy, I stated to you during the holiday season we did not have any day that was slower than the other.  You then said that you would find another shop to do so, then five minutes later you were there to pick your husky mix up.  My assistant had already brushed and cleaned his ears and was working on clipping his nails without assistant (which he requires another person to hold him while we are clipping his nails), you walked in and said never mind, give me my dog.

We left our dog 10,30 at 4pm he still in a cage w no water and food, 30 min later he was ready and I could not believe what they did for $45.00, they chop his hair so bad, I don't mind to pay what ever it is but I never experience such a bad hair cut, we wait for ever the get an appointment here but at the end was a disappointment, sad, never more

Review: Had a 12:30 appointment today ,I called at 4:30 and my dog was still in the cage 4 hrs (nothing was done) , I went and got him at 4:35 and they had the gull to charge me $ 30.00 . NEVER WILL I GO BACK THEIR AGAIN. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Shouldn't had to pay anything and should have been told were sorry . No animal should have to be in a cage for 4 hrs without food or water. I was their on time and they have no excuse at all for this.
