have not overpaid us for anything.When we agreed to the family making monthly payments, it was explained to them that we do not usually take payments on account on a monthly basis as we are not set up for it but if they needed to do so, they could.  It was also explained to them that they would not receive a statement or monthly billing.  The customer received several contracts and continued to make changes to the contract and though having received another contract now, have still not signed the contract. In the email sent October 20, we explained to the customer the process from this point forward to completion and setting of the memorial, and, as well, the accounting of the funds that were due and were paid to us and explained the outstanding balance due to our company.  Furthermore, we forwarded another revised contract for their signature and a revised layout for their review, approval and signature.  The customer confirmed receipt of the paperwork and explanation of balance due, we have also followed up with them on November 4 and they told us that they were reviewing the paperwork and layout and would be in touch with us this week.  To date, we have not heard from them regarding any changes or the final approval.[redacted]. I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

We are in receipt of your correspondence.To start, we are new owners of the company, the purchase was a stock purchase NOT an asset and liability purchase.  We have no legal liability to do the work at all.  The work is being completed out of a moral obligation only.The permit is a fee for...
