Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company returned a check for $I had been paying monthly payments of $since July 2014, I was told that $was to be paid on my 'consolidated' student loan and the rest was a service feeWhen I contacted my original loan holder (nelnet) they informed me that my loan had never been consolidated and that my loan had been placed in forbearance since July (I did not do this)Then I contacted nsp to find out where my money was going to- they informed me that it was in a 'savings account'At this point I requested to cancel my account and they informed me I could not cancel which is when I contacted Revdex.comI expect a minimum of $(174x6) returned considering I do not need a savings accountI am not pleased with paying a service fee of $65xconsidering they mislead me throughout the process and would like to have that returned as well Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] was provided with a service agreement which explained the exact service that we offer and was also informed in detail by her assigned loan manager the service we perform and our process Ms [redacted] did get in touch today with her loan manager and he explained again what service we provide and she was not falsely informed in any way at any timeMs [redacted] was also informed of the proper way to cancel out her contract We will cancel out Ms***s account as requested and we have been released from any liability in managing her student loans

We informed Ms [redacted] that her account was in good standing, but she refused to continue on with the process of her account and for us to further assist her with managing her account We could not come to an agreement on continuing doing our work on her account and in order to settle her account we submitted a request of issuing a refund of what she is entitled to at this time A confirmation email was sent to her as well

SLS Managers never had access to Ms***'s Facebook account nor did sls managers hack any of Ms***'s accountsIn section 9,& of the service agreement that Ms [redacted] signed, it states that sls managers will access her student loans with the information provided by Ms ***No refund is due to Ms [redacted] as no money was ever drafted out of her accountSLS Managers has cancelled her service agreement

Our policy is to be very thorough when we present our services to potential customers, we not only have verification in our service agreement but we have a verbal verification of services and we email a detailed Welcome Package that re-explains what those services are Our policy is that if a customer is unhappy, we try to resolve their concerns and find resolution to attain customer satisfactionThe Welcome Package contains the phone numbers and contact information for client servicesAnd, if money was collected for services rendered and a customer is later wanting to cancel, we work with that client to refund paymentThis account has been resolved

Not with the stress, footwork, and time said into getting them to back off! Criminal activity is not that easily forgiven!! We have removed this number from our systemPlease note that we are not the only business out there that may be calling you as your information is part of a national data base

Our information regarding our company is listed on the service agreement and our websiteMr [redacted] signed and agreed to this agreement when he signed his contractMr***'s payment was returned so no refund is owed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did understan what was told to me by a representative when I asked about parts involving the contract, for instance the acting on my behalf, I was told that they would receive information and pay the bills but was not informed that I would lose all access to my accounts or be impersonated by their representativesSo not only do I want release from the contract I do not feel like I should have to be forced to pay a fee when I was mislead in everything even after asking for clarification on unclear partsI would never had agreed to sign away the right for someone to be me, as I told the rep I agreed to have someone represent me, not be meAlso I was told the bills would be paid on time and they were paying my bills late so they have not held up to everything on their endThey tried to defend that by saying the company had my information listed because the company does not list third parties as contact because they are not the loaneeI feel that if they were completely carrying out their contract they would have had all of that covered rather than looking for excuses Regards, [redacted]

A manager has attempted to contact client to address her concerns Client will be contacted again

I'm so pleased with the help and customer service I have received SLS Managers are professional, polite, understanding, & most of all helpful They helped me get out of default with my student loans and they will be able to put me into a program that will help me pay off my student loans, based on my what I'm able to afford It feels so great not have the burden of defaulted student loans over my head, phone calls from collection companies every day, & a solution to pay my loans Thank you SLS Managers!

All services have been rendered in accordance to the client's service agreement, but in order to continue to work in good faith we have settled this account with the client and Ms [redacted] has been notified

As stated previously all services were rendered to client and her account as requested has been closedA confirmation of this was sent to the Ms [redacted] already and as explained the fees of our services are explained in our service agreement All information was provided to Ms [redacted] upon signing up for services and explained when she contacted our client services department

Do not do business with SLS Managers! *They are difficult to get a hold of and do not usually call back when they say they will *Their website has very little information: they do not update that your payment was processed, they do not include information such as how much/if any of your payment went toward interest *I gave them my new routing information times before they finally got it changed (they pulled it from the wrong bank after I "changed" it with them the first time) but the website still doesn't have the correct information
