AS A DISABLED VIETNAM MILITARY VETERAN I FELL I HAVE BEEN ROBBED, CHEATED, BY SLUMBERLAND FURNITURE WHEN I PURCHASE A TWO PIECE SECTIONAL COUCH SET AND THE WARRANTY TO GO ALONG WITH THE FURNITURENOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY THAT THEY SCAMED ME INTO BUYING FOR MORE MONEYTHEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THEY STAND BEHIND THE FURNITURE THEY SELLTHEY ROBBED $3,FROM ME BY SELLING ME JUNK FURNITUREALL I WANTED IS FOR THEM TO REPLACE THE ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED, BUT THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTYTHE SALESWOMAN IS HORABLE TO DEAL WITHSHE WILL NOT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAYSHE HAS ALL THE ANSWERSSHE IS NOT POLITE, CURTIOUS, FRIENDLY, ETCSHE IS VERY MEAN, DISGUSTING, NASTY, ETC., TO DEAL WITHI MADE A BIG MISTAKE PURCHASING FURNITURE FROM SLUMBERLAND

This place has more excuses than you can shake a stick at I spent more than $on two recliners and a chair and a half The one item was on back order The recliners came in a week later I was offered delivery at a cost or pick up on my own I got a truck and took them home Within an hour it was clear one chair was defective Per the "rules" I called in less than twenty for hours to report the problem Now comes the hook they don't tell you about They wanted me to bring the chair back so they could take a look at it Apparently even though it was not my fault, I picked up the chair so I'm responsible for getting it back to be fixed Nowhere did I read that, nor was I informed of thatAfter a lot of nonsense and so called solutions, I thought we had it figured outSo I agree now to pay to have the last item delivered and then a new chair would be brought out to exchange the bad one Suddenly the chair and a half is in but no recliner Now another week will go by before I can finally get all my furniture and because of the delay I have to have someone else be here because I can't be homeMy suggestions, don't buy hereIf you have to, make sure every detail is spelled out and written down or you'll never get satisfaction
