It has been the worst experience I ever hadThe manger used expression like " I don't care if you return it""You don't tell me what to do, I process it when I decide to"I consider this rude and disrespectful, and that I was treated unfairly
The manger decided to help the customers line after making us wait over minutes because there was only one employee working that was helping somebody, while he was on the computer, doing something more important than helping costumerAnd after all the wait he showed attitude and was so rude with meIt is a shame that this company careless about its costumersWhat can you think if all come from the managerAfter this experience I checked the reviews on different web sites (local yahoo.com) and I am not the only one who had a bad experience at this store
DO NOT BUT A CELL PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an iPhone back in November, and got a discounted phone. 3 months later, my phone was stolen. The insurance company that works with all cell phone providers couldn't issue me one for 10 days, and I was not waiting. I paid to break my contract with Verizon and then these bloodthirsty mongrels now say I owe them $300 for breaking my contract. This entire situation is dumb, especially when I could have gotten a new phone at Verizon. Lesson learned. NEVER BUY A CELL PHONE HERE, it makes zero sense to buy anything from this business.
Took advantage of my elderly mother. She went in to pay her bill & was asked to upgrade her flip phone to a smart phone. They ended up selling her a cheap 8gb Galaxy & charging her $60+ a month for 1gb of data! It was not under contract. Also charging her for a lot of money for a wall charger that she didn't need since the phone had one. Also the they gave her paperwork she had clearly states no termanition fee! They charging $250 to return phone since she was added to my AT&T. Note she had the phone a day. None of her paperwork said anything about a $250 fee. Verizon associates produced paper that they claimed she signed stating this & it was't even her signature! Very unethical business!! Avoid at all costs!
I consider myself a loyal Verizon customer; I like their products and services however, this negative review HAS to play a roll in this very bad experience I had over GoWireless retail store located in SOUTHAMPTON, PA. This is a communications company that is terrible at communicating to itself
I will never recommend this particular location to anyone! The gentleman is inexperience, full of promises and naïve. The young lady has 0 creativity as far as problem solving and does not engage with the customers what so ever. We need an adult in the room.
