Review: To Whom It May Concern:During my daughter's move on August [redacted], 2013, two heavy duty blankets were removed from my home. In an effort to have my blankets returned, I have contacted the S & M Moving and Storage Company, several times. I spoke with someone by the name of [redacted], who informed me that the blankets were no longer in good condition and would have to be replaced. I informed him that I purchased the blankets at Home Depot and requested that he mailed me either a check or money order to cover the cost, plus tax. For the last few months [redacted] has ignored all of my calls. On December **, 2013, I contacted the moving company via e-mail at: [redacted]. Someone by the name of [redacted] responded and informed me that his company would in fact, go to Home Depot to replace my two blankets. I wrote back thanking him and informed the company that I was giving them ten days. As with my phone calls, my e-mails are now being ignored. I have given the company adequate time to replace my blankets. (January [redacted] will be five months).I am officially making a formal complaint with the Revdex.com against S & M Moving and Storage Company. I will follow up by immediately pursuing legal actions in Small Claims Court.Thanking you in advance for your assistance. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am requesting a money order in the amount of $60.00 plus gas fees to and from Home Depot. Once legal actions are taken, I am requesting the above plus legal expenses to be paid by the moving company.
