Paid $200 for head toque and mittens on 01/31/19. Items were never shipped. Multiple emails went unanswered.
On 01/30/19 I contacted the store owner *** via email to inquire about the availability of camoflage mittens and a head toque. He responded they were available and quoted me the price of $200 (shipping included) and requested payment via PayPal. I paid $200 via PayPal to ***@yahoo.com the address he provided me. After no shipment was received, I contacted him via email on 2/6/19 and he responded he was sick and unable to ship. I contacted him again on 2/13/19, 2/20/19 and finally 3/22/19 and none of those emails were responded to.

I paid *** to make a custom uniform for me and waited nearly half a year without receiving anything. I paid him over paypal friends to save him some money over service charges because of bought lots of things from him before and trusted there wouldn't be any problems. In the beginning of October I talked to him about a uniform and paid he same day, he said he would personally oversee the whole thing. I never got a tracking order when he did supposedly ship it a couple months later, even though I asked, he said he lost it. Then we made a deal he would make a replacement uniform with boots included free of charge, and eventually a hat. After a couple more months he started ducking my phone calls and texts and saying he was in an emergency and couldn't talk, I blew up on him again and emailed, called him, and his partner, reviewed their Facebook page and haven't heard back.

Lengthy order processing, poor ***.
On 7/17/18 I placed an order (#***). The company says on its web page that they will process and ship orders within two days. On the 21st and 22nd I called to ask when the boots would be shipped. On the 22nd I was told the boots were already shipped. Man on phone said they did not have a chance to e-mail me the tracking number.

On 7/23 I called to ask for tracking number because it had not been sent as I was told, and was subsequently provided a tracking number. I queried the tracking number on the USPS web site and it showed the order had been received on that day yet did not already ship. I called the business back and told them to cancel the order which they could have done via a recall. The business did not initiate a recall and the package arrived at my house on 7/25. I elected to try the boots on and discovered they were not "true" sizes. I contacted the business and explained my dissatisfaction with the slow order processing, disappointment with them not recalling the shipment back after I had asked, the poor packaging, the $4 overcharge for shipping (poor packing to protect shipment) and the poor quality of the boots.

On 7/26, I received an e-mail from the business which stated "We will send you a shipping label please return them and we will give you a full refund including your 18.00 shipping charge.
By the way your email is too long and drawn out to read".

Since having agreed to send me a shipping label to return the boots for refund, the company has failed to do so and have not responded to any further e-mails to date.
