Received a charge on my bank account of $119.97 from this company. I have no idea what this company is. Went on their website to see and they appear to sell some product in a bottle. I never ordered anything from them.I called their number on the website, and they had all my info somehow. Said there was another charge coming in, did I want to stop it? I replied yes, and I got charged $38.71, my bank found another charge earlier in the month for six dollars and some cents.
This company is fraudulent, getting people account info somehow and charging large amounts to their bank accounts.
Refund My bank is in progress of disputing these charges this company fraudulently charged me, I would like to see the FTC shut these criminal *** down and put in jail.
The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.
With this situation our records indicate that the customer called customer service and canceled their Raging Lion order through the automated system and for Alpha XTRM opted for the discounted amount of 38.71 to keep the product instead of having to set the product up for return and then returning the product. Our records show that the 38.71 charge was disputed.
As per this complaint we have refunded that charge in hopes that we may work together towards a positive resolution

We normally ask that the product be returned when issuing a refund however we would like the customer to simply keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.
In regards to the 38.71 charge in dispute, we are not able to issue a refund since it is in a dispute status.

We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome.
