Never received my order and was charged.
I made a purchase of two custom 30 oz Yeti cups on May 22nd I received a confirmation email for my order. It stated I should receive my item on June 9th. On June 8th I both called and email checking on the status of the order as I had not received any additional information. June 9th came and went I called multiple times with no returned calls I final emailed again on June 25th with no response. Then on June 30th I was notified that my item was delivered. It was not I tracked the package and it showed it being shipped out and returned to the sender it never made it the state I live in. I once again called and emailed asking what the status was of my item. I have never received a call or email back. I just want my item that I paid for back on May 22nd.

I would like my item delivered.

USPS returned package to us due to the buyer inputting the wrong address during checkout. According to USPS, there was no forwarding address. Package has been reshipped at our cost to the address listed in this complaint. USPS Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I placed an order on 6/10/20 for estimated delivery 6/19/20. It still hasn't arrived yet as of 7/7/20. The company is not responding to my messages.
I purchased an item online on 6/10/20 and paid for 2-day FedEx shipping and a 25% rush fee. The confirmation email said estimated delivery was 6/19/20 but no FedEx tracking number was given. I emailed the company at ***@smallbatchcustoms.com on 6/20/20 to follow up and ask for a tracking number but no one replied. I sent another online message through the "contact us" page on the website, and I called and left messages to *** (confirmation email) and *** (website), all on 6/23/20. Again, no callback or email response from anyone at the company. I sent one last email requesting a refund on 7/1/20 and still haven't received a response. As of 7/7/20, the item has not been delivered and no tracking number has been provided

Desired Outcome

I would like a response from the company along with a FedEx tracking number if the product had already been shipped. Otherwise, if my order has not been processed yet, I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund for the product and the 2-day shipping cost.

Ordered cup on 6/6/20, for $53.45 via PayPal, order# XXXXX. Shipped 6/15 via FedEx, track# XXXXXXXXXXXX; delivery date for 6/17. Never received shipment. Notified FedEx 6/20. FedEx representative called me on 6/22 and stated they could not track the package and I needed to contact the seller. I emailed SBC on 3/22 & 3/23. Called multiple times last week and today; XXX-XXX-XXXX & XXX-XXX-XXXX. Unable to speak w/ anyone; left multiple msgs. All contact efforts have went unanswered. At this point, I would like a full refund of my money.

According to tracking information, the package is lost in transit with FedEx. In accordance with our shipping policy, we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility as they are all fully insured with the carrier. I did file a claim with FedEx on the customer's behalf. (Case Number : XXXXXXXXXX) I am awaiting to hear from FedEx on whether they can find the package or will process a lost item claim.

I do not feel confident that Small Batch Customs will contact me with any information regarding this matter as they have not returned my multiple phone calls or emails for the past 2 months. I want a full refund of my money. Furthermore, when I contacted FedEx they stated that they are not responsible for a refund. Frankly, I am frustrated with this situation and the total lack of customer service on the business's behalf.

I placed an order over a month ago and never received the item. I have sent numerous messages and have attempted to make contact w/ no response.
On May 31 2020, I placed an order (#1006971) for a Father's Day gift. The company said I should expect receive it on Tuesday, June 9. I sent a request for information on Thursday, June 11 and again on June 15. The order was a rush order making my total over $90 for an item that was only $60. As of today, June 29, I still have yet to receive the purchased item and no tracking number has been made available. I also have called numerous times and received no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund of the entire purchase including the shipping cost. The total cost is $93.73

I just heard from the company and they notified me that the order has been canceled. I have responded asking about the status of my refund.

I ordered a custom Yeti Tumbler from this company on June 2, 2020.
They advertise Two day delivery. I have emailed & called them, with no response.
I ordered a custom Pink RN Nurse caduceus 30oz. Yeti Tumbler on June 2, 2020.
This included paying for 2 day fedex delivery. I have emailed out them twice using their email link on their website and also just using my email. No response from them. I have also several times called their business number and no answer or way of leaving a message. The order number is XXXXX. I am unable to upload the receipt. The page is give me a problem uploading.

I would like the Tumbler delivered this week to shipping address listed in the ordered or an immediate refund.

Order #XXXXX was placed on Saturday, 5/30 at 6:42pm. As with every single item in our store, it had to be custom made-to-order and was shipped on Tuesday, 6/09. The order took a mere 7 business days to create. The order was delivered on 06/12 by USPS.

The customer paid $8.23 standard USPS Priority Mail in which the standard delivery is 2-3 days from once the item is made. In order to receive the 2-day service as stated in the claim, the customer would have had to have chosen 'Expedited Fed-Ex 2-Day Shipping' for $55.00 from the available shipping options. Therefore, there is no expedited shipping amount to refund as requested by the customer. The customer receipt showing these options is available upon request.

I ordered 4 cups for a total of $121.80 and have not received them I have tried to contact them but have gotten no response.
I ordered 4 cups for a cost of $121.80 on 4-8-2020. I have not received the cups nothing was custom made just ordered off their page it's fine I have not gotten them it could be taking longer because of covid. But I have tried contact them through email and text just to ask when I might receive them but have gotten no response. I read similar complaints of this happening to others so I don't think my cups are coming.

They charged me for an order that I never received. I have reached out many times through many platforms, and they have never responded.
I placed an order with them on March 17, 2020 for 1 customized Yeti cup, priced at $58.79. (Order #XXXXXXX) The estimated delivery date was April 3, 2020. I didn't receive the item on that date, so I sent the company an email asking about the status of my order. They never replied to me. I tried calling several times, sent several emails, and used their online chat system. I received no replies during this entire period. I went to check my bank account, and I saw they charged me on March 18, 2020, the day after I made the transaction. Usually, companies will charge my card when they ship out the order, not right after the purchase has been made. It is now April 27, 2020 and have not received word from them at all. I have photographic evidence of the order page, the confirmation email, and the transaction in my bank statement. I used my debit card for this order (at the time, for convenience purposes), and I am hoping this does not affect my ability to receive a refund. I have reached out to my bank *** and am waiting on a response from them on how to proceed forward.

They never responded to me through communication, but I recently received the product I ordered.

Ordered a 30oz Marine emblem Yeti Rambler tumbler when filled with ice and drink, tumbler perspired. Returned product never replaced or refund.
Ordered a 30oz black Marine emblem Yeti Rambler tumbler with my brother's last name on the back. (LINGO) I gave it to him for a Christmas gift. He loved it however when he filled it with ice and drink the Yeti perspired. He google the company and ended up texting with someone online. They immediately sent him a USPS Priority return label with my name and return address info on the label. He return the tumbler with tracking number 9405 5118 9922 3938 1821 93. The package was delivered back to the company on 1/21/20 at 10:54am and accepted by front desk reception/mailroom. Now in April and I have yet to receive the replacement or refund for this purchase. I have called several times and left voicemails but have never received a returned call. I have also emailed them three times to inquire on status. I get a thank you for contacting us we'll get back to you as soon as possible and "crickets" no return text nothing!! So here I am placing my first ever complaint with the Revdex.com in the hopes that some how this reaches them and they make this right.

DO NOT order from this company. I am displeased with the lack of communication and professionalism of Small Batch Customs. I placed an order for a Yeti tumbler on February 21st. Just out of curiosity I tried to email the company, just to make sure my order was being made since the almost $60 was already deposited from my account. With a lack of replies to multiple emails, I resorted to calling the company. I had made over 20 calls in 3 days trying to reach this company, trying every extension, only to leave a message that was not returned. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy from another small business. Small Batch Customs will always be a SCAM in my eyes.

Have yet to receive my order for $64 placed on February 12th 2020. Order number XXXXX. I have not received any email updates on processing or shipping via email other then the conformation of purchase email. I have sent multiple emails to the address provided by their website with no response. Numerous attempts to contact this company by phone have failed simply because no one picks up and there is no option of leaving voicemails. I left a review about 3 weeks ago - I had given up on receiving my order as it had been about a month since I placed the order and still received no contact. My card was charged THE DAY I placed the order, I received a confirmation email - nothing more. No response to contacts, no answering of their phones, or responding to emails. As many others I have read here - I am in complete dismay at their customer service - or... actually - their lack thereof. After repeated phone calls - messages left on the DESIGN LINE... that were not returned, their voice mail at the regular # was full, repeated emails gone unreturned I gave up and ordered from another source. LOW AND BEHOLD - the VERY NEXT DAY after my negative review I received an email stating my order had been shipped. I sent them another email (which they never responded to) saying, SORRY - NO LONGER interested. Due to your lack of responsiveness I have moved on to another source. The order arrived and GOSH... it seems as though they are matching the LIMITED EDITION PAINT on YETI cups and repainting them to be the LIMITED EDITION color. I did not order any names, no designs... just the LIMITED EDITION color cup. Upon looking closely - it seems as though they are repainting cups to be the LIMITED EDITION color - not the true YETI color cups to be custom designed. I am APPALLED at the lack of customer service w/ this company as well as their lack of ethics. I will never use this company again -

I ordered two Yetis from this company that cost $108.00 through PayPal on 11/5/19. I contacted them on 11/13/19 to inquire about shipping dates and got no response. I contacted them on 11/19/19 yet no response again. I indicated that I needed my product by 12/17/19 in my purchase, but I don't even know if it's shipped yet and it is 12/11/19. I ordered a yeti cup and paid for 2 day shipping. I still have yet to receive the cup after countless emails and calls. No response from the company.
I purchased a yeti cup on 9/27/19 and paid the company $63.71. I emailed the company 3 times requesting an update as it was a birthday gift. I even sent 3 messages via their messenger app like the confirmation email advised and called. Nobody ever responded. I googled the company name and found multiple people in the same situation as I am. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.

I ordered USMC 30oz Yeti Rambler Tumbler ïï��ï�� 1 and expedited 2 day delivery. I made this order on August 9th. This cup was to be engraved with SGT. *** on it. The cup was $49.95 and the shipping was $9.00./They did not fulfill my order. They state the order was delivered on 8/15/2019 (Late) however the order was never received anywhere. The order was not left at my apartment of any of my neighbors and I know because I asked all of them. I also asked the apartment office and it was not delivered to them either. I contacted them via email and phone call. They responded saying it was sent and shows delivered. I told them it was not and I followed them up via email and calls. The calls were never answered until one week later that is today 8/22/2019. The lady basically told me to deal with it. I told her I am a consumer that spent $60 on a cup and I want my product and she told me they sent it and it isn't their problem. It is a problem they didn't fulfill my order and most important she did not care and basically everyone rips them off and it isn't her problem that I should reach out to FEDEX. I told her I have an they have no resolution and told me to contact the seller. The seller basically said pound sand. I have been ripped off!
