All is NOT really truthThe massage was just rubbing and the cleansing for the face was done not professionally with old and not good quality creamThey are not courteous and polite, and talk, chat behind the client back in their native language which is insulting in the English speaking countryI paid them tips - $to each person! But did not give anything for *** [redacted] who damaged my skin on the hands even did not apologize for me when I came backI got a pedicure again and that s' all.But the main complain was about the bad work on my manicureThat [redacted] has a lot of complaint in the *** If I knew that in advance, I wold NOT come to that place[redacted] did a very bad job, damaging and hurting my skin around the nails After hat bad work I could not sleep for nightsThey promised to do again my nails, but it is NOT done yet.I was out of the country for weeks.But want to get the money back for the nails job, because it was over priced and health damaging Also, because of the troubles they cost me, and they even did not apologized yetRegards, [redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

To Whom It May Concern: Elena Pankey came in my store on 11/13/for the services of facial, pedicure, and manicureShe agreed with all the prices we did provided to herAll the instruments are be disinfectedWhile at the store, she was very uncomfortable with the staff although they tried to please herWe did the job very careful, not bleed for more than three hoursShe did agreed to pay additional $for the credit card transaction fee, and refused to give tipAn hour later, she called back to complain that the service was not goodA day later, she came back and we did the full services again without chargeWe tried to do a good job to serve customers effectively Sincerely, [redacted]

The  massage was just rubbing and the cleansing for the face was done not professionally with old and not good quality cream. They are not courteous and polite, and talk, chat behind the client back in their native language which is insulting in the English speaking country. I paid them tips - $20 to each person!  But did not give anything for [redacted].  [redacted] who damaged my skin on the hands even did not apologize for me when I came back. I got a pedicure again and that s' all.But the main complain was about the bad work on my manicure. That [redacted] has a lot of complaint in the [redacted].   If I knew that in advance, I wold NOT come to that place.[redacted] did a very bad job, damaging and hurting my skin around the nails.  After hat bad work I could not sleep for 2 nights. They promised to do again my nails, but it is NOT done yet.I was out of the country for 3 weeks.But want to get the money back for the nails job, because it was over priced and health damaging.  Also, because of the troubles they cost me, and they even did not apologized yet. Regards,

An hour later, she called back to complain that the service was not good. A day later, she came back and we did the full services again without charge.
