I asked for a Loan with this Company in April of 2019 the contract was to pay $9548.50 USD normally they withdraw automatically from my business bank account . Already paid 100% my loan and they keep withdrawing, now I have paid them 10,098.00 USD so now they owed me a Refund for $549.50 USD and they are telling me that I have to wait one more week. I called them and now they are telling me its a normal process from the merchant.
First, we would like to say that Small Business Funding treats each and every comment (positive or negative), complaint, etc. regarding our business practices and employees with the utmost of care. Our mission is to provide a safe, transparent and consultative funding service to America's small and medium-sized businesses. We know and understand the concerns, anxieties and emotions that small business owners may go through as they apply for and obtain financing. Upon hearing this complaint we undertook a full review of any potential interaction and transaction that may have occurred with this client. While we certainly acknowledge that we did have interaction with this business owner, we believe that in this case, this complaint should actually be leveled against the company that actually provided funding to the business owner, which was not Small Business Funding. The company that actually provided funding is an entirely separate organization, with their own set of policies and procedures, which this business owner is fully aware of. While we can attempt to work on the business owner's behalf, which we certainly did, ultimately have no say over that separate organization's policies and procedures. Obviously, if/when SBF provides funding to a business owner, we would be able to rectify any issues immediately, to the extent there were any legitimate issues. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint, and outside of this we believe our many 5-star reviews here on Revdex.com speak for the kind of passionate service we provide to small business owners throughout the US
Lastly, we believe this situation to be resolved between the business owner and separate organization, with any additional funds withdrawn having been returned to the business owner.

This company is great! My Funding Manager Russell G was outstanding going the extra mile to make sure things went smooth with the funding process. We do understand that some of our funding products are not a fit for every situation, and in some cases the rates are higher than a typical commercial bank loan. However, we are also able to fund businesses that banks and other more traditional lenders would not likely issue an approval on, whether its due to industry, time in business, credit or many other factors. Additionally, for those businesses that might qualify (based on factors mentioned above) for a more traditional "bank-type" loan, we do have a resource for that. In any case, your dedicated and experienced funding manager here at SBF should be able to present and explain all options available to you and your business, and help you decide what is best.
I've had the absolutely pleasure in working with Todd at Small Business Funding. I had a car dealership with little working capital and Todd pushed to get the business approved for a working capital loan. He made the process so simple and was extremely helpful then and now! We have a very small business that, as many can attest, is easily caught up in the vicious cycle of needing to obtain funding in order to grow and banks/lenders that consider us too small or risky to even consider. I contacted SBF feeling, honestly, what's the point. However, Eric contacted me immediately and asked questions specifically related to my business goals, status, and explained everything so well that I have started to feel a little hope again. I don't have a final answer/decision yet on our application but in all honesty, if SBF cannot help us obtain the financing we must have to stay viable, then I believe it won't be possible and we will have a tough decision to make about whether we can even stay in business. We take our job of helping businesses of all sizes to secure funding seriously. While we may not be successful in every case, what we will always provide is a professional and consultative interaction with the business owner or management, in which hopefully they gain insight into any potential issues effecting potential funding. Typically these issues can be resolved in an effort to secure funding in the medium to long term.
