I was in need of some funds to improve my business that time. When I heard that Small Business Grants Canada has helped several business owners in finding the right agencies to fund their businesses, I directly sought out for their guidance and now my request in improving my business, especially purchasing new equipment and providing salary to my workers was granted. October 25, 2017.

Contacted the Entrepreneur Centre to discuss sing their services to help find possible Grant opportunities for our Business.
During the phone call the representative had mentioned that we would be contacted by a Business Advisor in 24 hours and again in 48 hours to discuss the Grant opportunities which would pertain to our business.

October 31, 2017.

The following week we had contacted their Customer Service because we had not received a follow up. The Customer Service representative, ***, had let us know that their company does not provide a service where their Business Advisors would find any opportunities for us and that is our responsibility to find the grants.

We realized after this conversation that the service which they mislead us with was not actually a service but it is an online product and platform. We have since requested a Refund but they have neglected to do so as they do not allow any exceptions.

We have also contacted *** Credit Card Disputes to reclaim the amount of $598.00 but they were unable to give us any resolution.

The service they are selling is misleading and they are sales people attempting to misguide customers and use falsified or simplified information to make a sale.

This is a recent email they have sent us with the title "Guaranteed Government Funding For Your Business" after we applied.

We are writing this message to you today, Sunday because we want to urge you to do something that is critical and time sensitive for your small business (new or existing).

Not long ago you contacted us regarding government grants and funding for your small business but not much happened after that initial discovery conversation with us.
